二、WBYD-10KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采(cai)用(yong)單(dan)框芯式鐵(tie)芯結構,初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這種同軸布置減少(shao)了漏(lou)磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為(wei)圓柱灌(guan)式容器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓(ya)力(li)。其結構見圖1:

三、WBYD-10KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)為單相變壓(ya)器(qi),聯結組標(biao)號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電源接入 (為本公司生(sheng)產的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)配(pei)套專用設(she)備(bei),詳細(xi)資(zi)料請見其具體(ti)使用說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內自偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)器(qi)外附)調節(jie)至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的初級繞組,根(gen)據電磁感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有(you)高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui),串接在高壓(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流,以獲得(de)直(zhi)流高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一短(duan)路桿將高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)短(duan)接時,可獲得(de)工頻(pin)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交(jiao)流輸出狀態(tai);取消短(duan)路桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直(zhi)流輸出狀態(tai)。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器高壓套(tao)管中的高壓硅堆未畫出,其原理與上圖相同(tong)。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)做(zuo)被(bei)試品的工頻耐壓(ya)試驗使用接線原理圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)5。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定容(rong)量(liang)(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上(shang)時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)作為限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)(zi)長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)(zi)粗(cu)細應具有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)成各種不(bu)同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球間隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球間隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電(dian),對(dui)被試(shi)(shi)品起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球間隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常準(zhun)確的,其原因是(shi)(shi)由于試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)上必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容升,使試品上的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)高(gao)(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出來的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時(shi),被(bei)試品上的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)所謂容升現(xian)象(xiang)。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時(shi),試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)量被(bei)試品上所施加的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互(hu)間聯系方法。并有專門(men)人監護現(xian)場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于(yu)大型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan),一般都(dou)應先進(jin)行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對各(ge)種表計,調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓速度(du)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)太快,并(bing)必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)然(ran)合(he)閘。也不(bu)能(neng)(neng)突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應(ying)在(zai)調壓器降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電壓升至(zhi)試(shi)驗電壓時(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)(dao)1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到(dao)(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電壓以下時(shi),才能拉(la)開電源(yuan)。

6)在升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現下(xia)列不正常(chang)(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷電源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(dong)很大;②發(fa)現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試(shi)品內有不正常(chang)(chang)的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗前后(hou)應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器在做被(bei)試(shi)品的直(zhi)流(liu)耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原理(li)圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong),限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有(you)足(zu)夠的(de)容(rong)量(liang)和(he)沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波(bo)電容(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)前應先檢(jian)查(cha)被(bei)試(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切(qie)對(dui)外連線是否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓加到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤(wu)后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別注意(yi)檢查高壓設備及引線與地、與操(cao)作人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程中所規定的(de)(de)內容進(jin)行(xing)試驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢(man)升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被試品的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微安(an)表。必要(yao)時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀取各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微安(an)表的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中(zhong),應密切監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-10KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接好工(gong)作線路。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼以(yi)及(ji)(ji)操作系統(tong)的(de)(de)外殼必(bi)(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及(ji)(ji)測(ce)量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端必(bi)(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan),測量(liang)繞(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接本(ben)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必(bi)須(xu)通過(guo)絕緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操(cao)作(zuo)系(xi)統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必須(xu)調(diao)到零位(wei)后方可(ke)接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零(ling)開(kai)始(shi)均(jun)勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪(lun)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開(kai)始(shi)按一(yi)定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度(du)升(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注意測量儀(yi)表的(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及被試(shi)品的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中如發(fa)現測量儀(yi)表的(de)指(zhi)示及被試(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),查明(ming)情(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢后,應在(zai)數秒內勻速的將(jiang)調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過(guo)額定參數(shu)使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常情(qing)況時(shi),應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止試驗(yan)(yan)并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(dong)(或(huo)數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內(nei)有不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)(fa)及(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為(wei)長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥(fa)(fa)門(men)),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被(bei)試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)長期不(bu)使用時,應放(fang)置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許(xu)在高(gao)于45℃的(de)溫度(du)下(xia)長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及(ji)壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表(biao)不(bu)得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本產品(pin)做高壓試(shi)驗時,出(chu)熟悉本說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴(yan)格執(zhi)行(xing)國家有關標準和(he)操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的(de)絕緣配合,高壓試(shi)驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設備預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-10KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額(e)定輸出(chu)高壓的(de)有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低時,k值(zhi)可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化(hua)很(hen)大,

可由(you)設備(bei)的類型而(er)定(ding)。
