二、WBYD-10KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大(da)了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合(he)。產品的(de)外殼為圓(yuan)柱(zhu)灌式容器(qi)結構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBYD-10KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器為單(dan)相(xiang)變壓器,聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產(chan)的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器配套專用(yong)(yong)設(she)備(bei),詳(xiang)細資料請見其具體使用(yong)(yong)說明(ming)書)系列(lie)操(cao)作箱(臺),經(jing)操(cao)作箱內(nei)自偶調壓器(50kVA以上調壓器外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器的(de)初級繞組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器高(gao)壓繞組可獲得(de)試(shi)(shi)驗所需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工(gong)作原理圖(tu)(tu)見圖(tu)(tu)3,圖(tu)(tu)中(zhong)高壓(ya)(ya)套(tao)管中(zhong)裝有高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆,串接在高壓(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作半波整流(liu)(liu)(liu),以(yi)獲得直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)高電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一(yi)短路桿將高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆短接時,可獲得工(gong)頻高電壓(ya)(ya),作為交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取消短路桿時,作為直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi)(shi),可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi)(shi),可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長(chang)度(du)可按(an)150kV/m考慮(lv),管子(zi)粗細應(ying)具(ju)有足(zu)夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整定(ding)值時(shi)(一(yi)般取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的,其原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)(lou)抗上必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上反映出來(lai)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏(lou)(lou)抗必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了(le)準確測量被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施加的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)人員(yuan)應做(zuo)好分工(gong),明確(que)相互(hu)間聯系方(fang)法。并(bing)有專門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試品(pin)應(ying)先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試品(pin)和試驗(yan)帶(dai)來的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗,一(yi)般都應先(xian)進行空升試驗。即(ji)不接(jie)試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校(xiao)對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)太(tai)快,并必須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不(bu)在零(ling)(ling)位時(shi)突然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能(neng)突然(ran)切斷電(dian)源(yuan),一般(ban)應在調壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零(ling)(ling)位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗電(dian)壓時,開(kai)始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)壓以下時,才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現下列不(bu)正(zheng)常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并(bing)查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很大(da);②發現絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測(ce)量絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情(qing)況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)在做被(bei)試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)(ya)或泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)時接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄(xie)露試驗中限流電(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui)的(de)*大整流。如電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui)的(de)*大整流電(dian)流為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限流電(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)阻還應(ying)具有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的電容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試驗(yan)的操(cao)作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是否停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試驗電壓加到有(you)人工作(zuo)的部位(wei)上去(qu)。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的接線(xian)(xian)后(hou)(hou),應復查(cha)無(wu)誤后(hou)(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及(ji)引(yin)線(xian)(xian)與地(di)、與操作人員的**距離,被試品的外(wai)殼是否可靠(kao)接地(di),要按(an)**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定(ding)的內容進(jin)行(xing)試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充電電流(liu)燒壞微安表。必要時(shi)應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級電壓下微安表的穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong),應(ying)密(mi)切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍等異常現象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),并查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電源后(hou)應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-10KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好工(gong)作線路(lu)。試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)(de)外殼以及(ji)操作系統的(de)(de)(de)外殼必(bi)須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓器高(gao)壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾(wei))以及(ji)測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)F端必(bi)須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端,測量(liang)繞組(zu)的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)須通(tong)過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系(xi)統的調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)必(bi)須(xu)調(diao)到零位(wei)后方可接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始(shi)升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開始均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及被試(shi)品的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中如(ru)發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及被試(shi)品情況異常,應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數(shu)秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參(can)數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全電壓通(tong)電或(huo)斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下不(bu)正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

⑴電(dian)壓表指針擺(bai)動(或(huo)數字跳動)很大(da)

⑵電(dian)流表直線上升

被試品內有不(bu)正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓力(li)(li)閥及壓力(li)(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個(ge)月(yue)開閥一(yi)次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li)(li),應(ying)不小于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)(li)后立即(ji)關閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應(ying)測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于(yu)通(tong)風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不允許(xu)在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運輸(shu)搬(ban)運途中不得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴(yan)格(ge)執(zhi)行國家有(you)關標準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變(bian)設備(bei)的絕緣配合(he),高壓試驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設備(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-10KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出(chu)高壓(ya)的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓(ya)較低(di)時,k值可(ke)取(qu)高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的(de)頻(pin)率

被試設備的(de)電容量Ct可(ke)由(you)交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大(da),

可由設備的(de)類型而定。
