二、WBYD-10KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同(tong)軸布(bu)置(zhi)減(jian)少了漏(lou)磁通,因而增大(da)了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產(chan)品的外殼為圓柱灌(guan)式(shi)容器(qi)(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐(nai)受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

注:高壓尾必須可靠接地

工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)R1應根(gen)據試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選擇(ze)。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電阻(zu)(zu)作為限流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細應具有足夠的(de)(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法(fa):用蒸餾水(shui)加(jia)入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同(tong)的(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定(ding)值時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準確(que)的(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反(fan)映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)升現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確(que)測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品上所施加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注(zhu)意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分(fen)工,明(ming)確相互間聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試品應(ying)先清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被(bei)試品和(he)試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先(xian)進(jin)行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接(jie)試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校(xiao)對各(ge)種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度(du)不能太快,并必須(xu)防止(zhi)突(tu)然加(jia)壓(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)器(qi)不在零位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電壓升至(zhi)試驗電壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降(jiang)壓到(dao)1/3試驗電壓以下時(shi),才能(neng)拉開電源。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐壓試驗過程(cheng)中,如發現(xian)下列不正常情況時(shi),應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷電源。停(ting)止試驗并查明原(yuan)因:①電壓表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內(nei)有不正常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情(qing)況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄(xie)露試(shi)驗時接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具有足夠的容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略(lve)不用(yong)。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗的操(cao)作(zuo)及注(zhu)意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是否(fou)停電,接(jie)地放電,一切(qie)對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將(jiang)試(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到(dao)有人(ren)工作(zuo)的(de)部位上去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的接線后,應復(fu)查無(wu)誤(wu)后才(cai)可加(jia)壓。應特(te)別(bie)注(zhu)意檢查高壓設(she)備及引線與地、與操(cao)作(zuo)人員的**距離(li),被試品(pin)的外殼是否可靠接地,要(yao)按**規程(cheng)中所(suo)規定的內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防(fang)止被試(shi)品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)。必(bi)要時(shi)應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的(de)穩定(ding)讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切監(jian)視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表(biao),一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源后應將被試品及試驗裝置本身充分放電。

1、按照(zhao)您所(suo)進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)(zuo)線路。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼以及操作(zuo)(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)外殼必(bi)須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)(duan)必(bi)須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通(tong)過絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓(ya)(ya)器必(bi)須調到(dao)零位后方可接(jie)通電源(yuan),合閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極(ji)慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)始(shi)按(an)一定(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示以及被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)(cheng)中或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)(cheng)中如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示及被試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢后(hou),應在(zai)數秒內勻速的將調壓(ya)器返回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外(wai),決(jue)不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中,如(ru)發(fa)現以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(或數字(zi)跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上(shang)升

被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中(zhong)第(di)9項系壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立即(ji)關(guan)閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應測量(liang)被(bei)試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使(shi)用時(shi),應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使(shi)用(yong)、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得(de)擅自松動(dong)。

14、使(shi)用(yong)本產品做高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明(ming)書(shu)外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-10KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定輸出(chu)高壓(ya)(ya)的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品(pin)的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率

被試設(she)備的電容量Ct可由(you)交流電橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化很大,

可(ke)由設備(bei)的類型而定。
