二、WBYD-10KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試(shi)驗變壓器采用單框(kuang)芯式(shi)(shi)鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯上(shang),高壓繞(rao)(rao)組在(zai)外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少了(le)漏(lou)磁通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)(rao)組間的耦(ou)合(he)。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)(shi)容(rong)器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接入 (為本公司生產的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備(bei),詳細(xi)資(zi)料請(qing)見其具體使(shi)用說明(ming)書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)初級繞(rao)組,根據電磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高壓試驗(yan)變壓器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中高壓套(tao)管中裝有高壓硅堆(dui),串接(jie)在高壓回路中作(zuo)(zuo)半(ban)波整流(liu)(liu),以獲得直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高電壓。當用一(yi)短(duan)路桿將高壓硅堆(dui)短(duan)接(jie)時,可獲得工頻高電壓,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出狀態;取(qu)消短(duan)路桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出狀態。

試驗變壓器高壓套管中的高壓硅堆未畫(hua)出,其原理與上圖相同。

注(zhu):高壓(ya)尾必須可靠接(jie)地

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流電阻(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電流為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電阻(zu)作(zuo)為限(xian)流電阻(zu),管(guan)子長度(du)可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細(xi)應具有足夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配(pei)(pei)制方法(fa):用蒸餾(liu)水(shui)加入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)(pei)制成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值(zhi)時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選(xuan)取。

在工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的,其原因(yin)是由于試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著漏抗,在這(zhe)個漏抗上(shang)必然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容升,使試品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映(ying)出(chu)(chu)來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,被(bei)試品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所(suo)謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的漏抗必然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被(bei)試品(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分(fen)工,明確(que)相互間聯系(xi)方法。并有專門人(ren)監(jian)護現場(chang)**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型(xing)試驗(yan),一般都應先(xian)進行空升(sheng)試驗(yan)。即不接試品時升(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校對各(ge)種表計(ji),調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不能太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如(ru)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器不在(zai)(zai)零(ling)位(wei)時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也(ye)不能突(tu)然(ran)切(qie)斷電源,一般應(ying)在(zai)(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器降至(zhi)零(ling)位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)至試驗電壓(ya)(ya)時,開始(shi)計時,到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才能拉開電源(yuan)。

6)在升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如(ru)發現下(xia)列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)前后應測量絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕(jue)(jue)緣情況。

試驗變壓器在做(zuo)被試品(pin)的(de)直(zhi)流耐壓或(huo)泄露試驗時接(jie)線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所(suo)示。

泄露(lu)試驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過(guo)高壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)(de)試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)(de)容量和(he)沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電(dian)容(rong)量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗(yan)的(de)操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)品是否停(ting)電,接地(di)放電,一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗電壓(ya)加到有人工作的部(bu)位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)(jie)好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)(jie)線后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意(yi)檢查高(gao)壓(ya)設備及引線與地、與操作(zuo)人員(yuan)的(de)**距(ju)離(li),被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大(da)電(dian)容量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止(zhi)被試(shi)品的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安表(biao)。必(bi)要時應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級(ji)電(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗過程中,應密切監視被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦(dan)發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳(xiang)細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷(duan)電源后(hou)應(ying)將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗裝置本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-50KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接好工作線路(lu)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)外殼以及操作系(xi)統(tong)的(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠接地(di)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)以及測量繞組的(de)F端必須(xu)可靠接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通(tong)過絕緣支(zhi)架接地(di)。

3、接通電源前(qian),操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位后方可接通電源,合閘,開(kai)始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有:快速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選(xuan)用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定的(de)(de)(de)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度上(shang)升到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額定試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每秒2%額定試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速度升到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意(yi)測量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示以(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中如發現測量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)異常(chang),應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明(ming)情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在(zai)數秒(miao)內(nei)勻速(su)的將調壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然后(hou)切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不得超(chao)過額定(ding)參數(shu)使用。除(chu)試驗(yan)必須外,決不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現以下(xia)不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針擺(bai)動(或數(shu)字跳動)很大

⑵電流(liu)表直線上升

被試品(pin)內有不正(zheng)常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥(fa)(fa)及壓力表(biao),為長期關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)態。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓力后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應測量(liang)被試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)長(chang)期不使用時,應(ying)放置于通風(feng)、干(gan)燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不允許(xu)在(zai)高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期(qi)存放(fang)(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用本(ben)產(chan)品(pin)做(zuo)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),出熟(shu)悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)變(bian)設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)配(pei)合(he),高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-50KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)
