二、WBYD-10KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單(dan)框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構,初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外(wai)(wai),這種同(tong)軸(zhou)布置(zhi)減(jian)少(shao)了(le)漏磁通,因而(er)增(zeng)大(da)了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品(pin)的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式容(rong)器(qi)結(jie)構,能(neng)耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

三、WBYD-10KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單(dan)相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯(lian)結(jie)組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本(ben)公司生產(chan)的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配(pei)套(tao)專用設備,詳細資料請見(jian)其具體使用說明書)系列操作箱(臺),經(jing)操作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附(fu))調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根(gen)據(ju)電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流(liu)高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)工(gong)作原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高壓(ya)套(tao)管中(zhong)裝有高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接(jie)在高壓(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作半波(bo)整流(liu),以獲(huo)得直(zhi)流(liu)高電壓(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將(jiang)高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短接(jie)時(shi)(shi),可獲(huo)得工(gong)頻高電壓(ya),作為交流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態;取(qu)消短路(lu)桿時(shi)(shi),作為直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)(ding)容量(liang)(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配制成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及保護電(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一般取試驗(yan)電(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙放電(dian),對(dui)被試品起(qi)到保護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保護電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常(chang)準(zhun)確(que)的(de),其原(yuan)因是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上必然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反(fan)映(ying)出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確(que)測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所(suo)施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試驗人員應做(zuo)好分工(gong),明(ming)確相互間聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現場**及觀(guan)察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被試品(pin)應(ying)先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試品(pin)和試驗(yan)帶(dai)來(lai)的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大(da)型試驗,一般都應先進行空升試驗。即(ji)不接試品時升壓(ya)(ya)至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)(ya),校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然加壓。例如(ru)調(diao)(diao)壓器不(bu)在零位時突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然切斷(duan)電源,一般(ban)應在調(diao)(diao)壓器降(jiang)至零位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發現(xian)下(xia)列不(bu)正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕(jue)緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被(bei)試品(pin)內有不(bu)正常的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗前后應測量絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試(shi)(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露(lu)試驗中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選擇在(zai)額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓時(shi),輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不(bu)超過(guo)高壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應具有(you)足夠的(de)容量(liang)和(he)沿(yan)面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一(yi)般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應(ying)先(xian)檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接地放電,一(yi)切(qie)對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電壓加到有(you)人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)(shi)驗裝置的接(jie)線(xian)后,應(ying)復查(cha)無誤(wu)后才可加壓。應(ying)特別注意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓設(she)備及(ji)引線(xian)與地(di)(di)、與操作人員的**距離,被試(shi)(shi)品的外殼是否可靠接(jie)地(di)(di),要按**規程中所規定的內容進行試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止(zhi)被試(shi)品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時(shi)應分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級(ji)電壓下微(wei)安表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),應(ying)密切監視(shi)被試品、試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微(wei)安表,一旦(dan)發(fa)生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異(yi)常(chang)現象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切斷(duan)電源,并查明(ming)原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBYD-10KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的試驗接好(hao)工作線路。試驗變壓器的外殼以(yi)及(ji)操作系統的外殼必(bi)(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠接地(di)。試驗變壓器高壓繞組的X端(高壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)測(ce)量繞組的F端必(bi)(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系(xi)統(tong)的調壓器必須調到(dao)零位(wei)后方可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合(he)閘,開始(shi)升壓。

4、從零開始均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中如發現(xian)測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)情況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返(fan)回(hui)至零位(wei),然后切(qie)斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發現以下不正常情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明(ming)原因。

⑴電(dian)壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺(bai)動(或(huo)數字跳(tiao)動)很大

⑵電流(liu)表直(zhi)線上(shang)升

被(bei)試品內有不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓力閥(fa)及(ji)壓力表(biao),為長(chang)期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月(yue)開(kai)閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢查SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后應測量被試設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光(guang)直射的(de)地方。

11、該產(chan)品(pin)不(bu)允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊(jin)固件及壓力閥(fa)、壓力表(biao)不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本(ben)產(chan)品做高(gao)壓試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外(wai),還必須嚴(yan)格執行國家有關(guan)標準和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備的絕(jue)緣配合,高(gao)壓試驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗規程》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-10KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的額定輸出高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)較低(di)時,k值(zhi)可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率

被試設備(bei)的電(dian)容量(liang)Ct可由交流(liu)電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
