YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器采(cai)用(yong)單框芯(xin)(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)(jie)構,初級(ji)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組在外(wai),這種同軸(zhou)布置減少了漏(lou)磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組間的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為(wei)圓柱灌式(shi)容器結(jie)(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)(jie)構見圖1:

單(dan)臺YDQ系(xi)列(lie)交直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理(li)圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高壓(ya)套管中裝有高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接(jie)在高壓(ya)回路中作(zuo)半波整流(liu)(liu)(liu),以獲得直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)高電壓(ya)。當用一短(duan)路桿(gan)將高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接(jie)時(shi),可獲得工頻高電壓(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態;取消(xiao)短(duan)路桿(gan)時(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態。

工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常(chang)用水(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗(cu)細應具有足夠(gou)的熱(re)容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護電阻:當電壓超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定(ding)值時(一般取試(shi)驗電壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電,對(dui)被試(shi)品起(qi)到(dao)保護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓)選(xuan)取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的(de)(de),其原因是由于試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測量被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員(yuan)應做好分工(gong),明確相互間聯系(xi)方法。并(bing)有專門人監(jian)護現場**及觀(guan)察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先清掃(sao)干凈(jing),并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被(bei)試品(pin)和(he)試驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗,一般都應先進(jin)行(xing)空升(sheng)試驗。即不(bu)接試品(pin)時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試驗電(dian)壓(ya),校(xiao)對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能(neng)太快,并必須防止突然加壓。例如調(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)不在(zai)零位時突然合(he)閘。也不能(neng)突然切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)降至零位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓升至(zhi)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓時,開始(shi)計時,到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓以(yi)下時,才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現(xian)下(xia)列(lie)不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并(bing)查明(ming)原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有(you)不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測(ce)量絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器在做(zuo)被(bei)試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗(yan)時接(jie)線原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限(xian)流電阻(zu)R1選擇在(zai)額定輸出電壓(ya)時,輸出端短路(lu)電流不超過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流。如電壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流電流為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中(zhong),限(xian)流電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流電阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠的(de)容量(liang)和沿(yan)面放電距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及注意事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢查被(bei)試品是否停電,接地(di)放電,一切對外連線(xian)是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電壓加到有人(ren)工作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的接線后(hou),應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應(ying)特(te)別(bie)注意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓(ya)設備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員(yuan)的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼是(shi)否可靠接地,要按**規(gui)程中(zhong)所規(gui)定的內容(rong)進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應(ying)(ying)緩(huan)慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必要時應(ying)(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的(de)(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切(qie)監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源后應將(jiang)被試品及試驗(yan)裝置本身(shen)充分放電。

1、按照(zhao)您所(suo)進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗接(jie)好工作線路(lu)。試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)以(yi)及操(cao)作系統的(de)外殼(ke)必須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞組的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)低(di)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級、第三級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過(guo)絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接通電(dian)源前(qian),操作系統的調壓器必(bi)須調到(dao)零位后(hou)方可(ke)接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)開(kai)(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法有(you):快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選(xuan)用。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開(kai)(kai)始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)(de)額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以每(mei)秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)(de)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注意(yi)測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示以及被試(shi)品的(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程中如發現(xian)測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示及被試(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后,應在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位,然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超過額(e)定參數使用。除試驗必(bi)須(xu)外,決(jue)不(bu)允許(xu)全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發(fa)現(xian)以(yi)下(xia)不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因。

8、圖1中第(di)9項(xiang)系壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為(wei)長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)(li)后(hou)立即(ji)關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應(ying)測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直(zhi)射的地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產品不(bu)允(yun)許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期(qi)存放、使(shi)用、放氣(qi)。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途(tu)中不得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本(ben)產品做高壓試驗時,出(chu)熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書外,還必(bi)須(xu)嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關標準和操作規程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的絕緣配合(he),高壓試驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-600KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確(que)定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定輸(shu)出高壓(ya)的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)較低時,k值(zhi)可取高一些。
