二、WBYD-600KV工頻交流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采(cai)用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這種(zhong)同(tong)軸(zhou)布置減少了漏磁通,因(yin)而(er)增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦(ou)合。產品(pin)的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

單(dan)臺YDQ系(xi)列交直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套(tao)管中(zhong)裝有(you)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一短(duan)路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)接時(shi),可(ke)獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai);取消短(duan)路桿時(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)直流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

注(zhu):高壓(ya)尾必須可靠接(jie)地

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電阻R1應根(gen)據試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出(chu)電流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi)(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出(chu)電流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時(shi)(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya))。常(chang)用水電阻作(zuo)為限流(liu)(liu)電阻,管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗細應具有(you)足夠的熱容量(水阻液配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同的阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整定值時(shi)(一般取(qu)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試品起到保護作用(yong)。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常準確的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人員應做好分(fen)工,明(ming)確相互間聯系方(fang)法。并有專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀(guan)察(cha)試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品應先(xian)清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以(yi)免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗(yan)帶(dai)來的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)大型試驗(yan),一般都(dou)應先(xian)進行空升試驗(yan)。即不接試品時升壓至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)(dui)各種表(biao)計,調整(zheng)球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突然加(jia)壓。例如調壓器不在零位時突然合閘。也不能突然切斷電源,一般應在調壓器降至零位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,如發現(xian)下(xia)列(lie)不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音(yin)。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)前后(hou)應測(ce)量絕緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做(zuo)被試(shi)品(pin)的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗時接(jie)線(xian)原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)(dui)的*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)(dui)的*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝(zhuang)置中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的容量和(he)沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電容C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的(de)電容量很大時(shi),C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄露試驗的(de)操作及注意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查(cha)被試(shi)品(pin)是否(fou)停(ting)電,接地放電,一切對外連線(xian)是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電壓加到有人(ren)工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試驗(yan)裝置的(de)(de)接線后,應(ying)復查無誤后才(cai)可加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意(yi)檢查高壓設備及引線與地、與操作人員(yuan)的(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)外(wai)殼是(shi)否可靠接地,要按**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大(da)電容量設備應(ying)緩慢(man)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必要(yao)時應(ying)分級加(jia)壓(ya)(ya),分別讀取各級電壓(ya)(ya)下微(wei)安表(biao)的穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程中,應密(mi)切監(jian)視(shi)被試品、試驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表(biao),一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源后應(ying)將被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-600KV工頻交流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進(jin)行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工(gong)作線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼以(yi)及操作系統的(de)(de)外殼必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)(di)。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)低壓繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測(ce)量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)F端以及高(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系統(tong)的(de)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器必須(xu)調(diao)到零位后方可(ke)接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。

4、從零開始均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)有(you):快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)額定(ding)試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額定(ding)試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量(liang)儀表的(de)(de)指示(shi)以及被(bei)試品的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或(huo)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中(zhong)如發(fa)現測量(liang)儀表的(de)(de)指示(shi)及被(bei)試品情況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應(ying)在數秒內勻速的將調壓器(qi)返(fan)回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超(chao)過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決(jue)不允許全電壓通(tong)電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現(xian)以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),停止(zhi)試驗并(bing)查明(ming)原因。

被試(shi)品內有(you)不(bu)正常的(de)聲(sheng)音

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)(fa)及壓力(li)表(biao),為(wei)長(chang)期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li),應不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測量被試設備的(de)絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通(tong)風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重(zhong)力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固(gu)件及壓(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)表(biao)不(bu)得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉(xi)本(ben)說(shuo)明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格(ge)執行國家有關標準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變設備(bei)的絕緣配合(he),高壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-600KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公(gong)式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額定輸出高壓(ya)的(de)有效(xiao)值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較(jiao)低時,k值可取高(gao)一(yi)些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的(de)頻率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由(you)交流電橋測(ce)出(chu)。Ct的變化很大,

可由(you)設備的(de)類型而(er)定(ding)。
