二、WBYD-600KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)單框芯(xin)(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組在(zai)外,這(zhe)種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁(ci)通,因而增(zeng)大了繞(rao)(rao)組間的耦合。產(chan)品的外殼為(wei)圓柱灌式容器(qi)(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標(biao)號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)(wei)本公(gong)司生產的試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)設備,詳細資(zi)料(liao)請見其具(ju)體使用(yong)說明書(shu))系(xi)列操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)箱(臺),經操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞組(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可(ke)獲得試(shi)(shi)驗所需的高電壓(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺(tai)YDQ系(xi)列(lie)交(jiao)直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的工作原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作半波(bo)整流(liu),以獲(huo)得直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當用(yong)一短(duan)路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時(shi),可獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)態(tai);取消短(duan)路桿時(shi),作為(wei)直流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

注(zhu):高壓尾必(bi)須(xu)可靠接(jie)地

工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗變壓器的額定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高壓側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗細(xi)應(ying)具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)制成(cheng)各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中,低電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常準(zhun)確(que)的,其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)(cun)(cun)在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這(zhe)個漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)(rong)升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映(ying)出來的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的輸出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容(rong)(rong)升現象(xiang)。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的漏抗(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準(zhun)確(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加(jia)的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗人(ren)(ren)員應做好分工,明(ming)確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)(ren)監護現(xian)場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥(zao),以免(mian)損(sun)壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都(dou)應先(xian)進(jin)行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對(dui)各種表(biao)計,調(diao)整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快(kuai),并必(bi)須防止(zhi)突然(ran)加(jia)壓(ya)。例(li)如(ru)調壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在(zai)零位時突然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突然(ran)切斷電源,一般應(ying)在(zai)調壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時拉閘。

5)當電壓升至試(shi)驗電壓時(shi)(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電壓以(yi)下時(shi)(shi),才能(neng)拉(la)開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗過(guo)程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)。停(ting)止試驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做(zuo)被(bei)試品的直流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄露試驗時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽(chou)出短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所(suo)示。

泄(xie)露試驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量很大(da)時,C1可(ke)省(sheng)略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的(de)操(cao)作及(ji)注(zhu)意事項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是否停電(dian),接(jie)地放電(dian),一切(qie)對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部(bu)位上去(qu)。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線(xian)后(hou),應復查無誤(wu)后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應特(te)別(bie)注意檢查高壓(ya)設備及引線(xian)與(yu)地(di)(di)、與(yu)操(cao)作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否(fou)可靠接地(di)(di),要按**規程(cheng)中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞(huai)微安表(biao)。必要(yao)時應分級加壓,分別(bie)讀(du)取(qu)各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗過(guo)程中,應(ying)(ying)密(mi)切監(jian)視被(bei)試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現(xian)象應(ying)(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將(jiang)被試品及試驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身充分放電。

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)(ke)以及(ji)操(cao)作系統的(de)外殼(ke)(ke)必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)(di)。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的低(di)壓繞(rao)組(zu)的X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)的F端以及高(gao)(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(高(gao)(gao)壓尾)均接(jie)(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接(jie)(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后(hou)方可接通電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始按一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)額(e)定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注(zhu)意測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及被試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示及被試(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源,查明(ming)情(qing)況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢(bi)后,應(ying)在(zai)數秒(miao)內勻速的將(jiang)調壓器返回至零位(wei),然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額(e)定參數使用。除試驗(yan)必須外,決不(bu)允許全電壓(ya)通(tong)電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發現以下(xia)不正常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停止試驗(yan)并查(cha)明原因(yin)。

被試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥(fa)及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為(wei)長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使用(yong)時(shi),應放置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途(tu)中(zhong)不得重力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及(ji)壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品做高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關(guan)標準和操作規程(cheng)(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓輸變設備的絕緣配(pei)合(he),高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-600KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額定輸(shu)出高(gao)壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較(jiao)低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電(dian)源的頻率(lv)

被(bei)試設備的(de)電容量Ct可由交流電橋(qiao)測(ce)出。Ct的(de)變(bian)化很大,

可由設備的類型(xing)而定(ding)。
