一、WBYD-600KV高壓試驗變壓器概述

二、WBYD-600KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)組在(zai)外,這(zhe)種同軸(zhou)布置減少了(le)(le)漏磁通,因而(er)增大了(le)(le)繞(rao)組間的耦合(he)。產品的外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式(shi)容(rong)器結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其(qi)結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單(dan)相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,聯結(jie)組標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上(shang)(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本(ben)公司生(sheng)產(chan)的試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器配套(tao)專用設備(bei),詳(xiang)細資料請(qing)見其具體使用說明書)系列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經(jing)操作箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上(shang)(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的初級(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在(zai)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組可獲得試驗(yan)所(suo)需(xu)的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交(jiao)直流(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的工作原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)中作半波整流(liu),以獲(huo)得直流(liu)高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一(yi)短路(lu)(lu)桿將(jiang)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲(huo)得工頻高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)輸出狀態;取消(xiao)短路(lu)(lu)桿時,作為(wei)直流(liu)輸出狀態。

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)做被試品的工頻耐壓試驗(yan)使用接線(xian)原理圖見圖5。

注:高(gao)壓尾必(bi)須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中限(xian)流電(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)(ding)容量來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上(shang)時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)阻作(zuo)為限(xian)流電(dian)阻,管子長度(du)可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子粗(cu)細應具有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容量(水(shui)阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適(shi)量硫(liu)酸銅配制成各種不同的(de)阻值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間隙及保(bao)護電阻:當(dang)電壓超過球(qiu)間隙整定值時(一般取試(shi)驗(yan)電壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙放電,對(dui)被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間隙保(bao)護電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電壓)選取。

在工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確(que)的(de),其原因是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)(cun)(cun)在著漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang),在這個漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)(suo)謂容升現象。感(gan)應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了(le)準確(que)測(ce)量被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)(suo)施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗人員(yuan)應做好分工,明(ming)確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人監(jian)護現場**及(ji)觀察試(shi)(shi)品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品應(ying)先清掃干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗帶(dai)來的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進行空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升壓(ya)(ya)至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),校對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調整球(qiu)間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在零位時突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般(ban)應在調壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速(su)降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才能(neng)拉開電源(yuan)。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現下列不正常(chang)情況時,應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因:①電(dian)壓表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后(hou)應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時接(jie)線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注(zhu):此試(shi)驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸出端(duan)短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超(chao)過(guo)高壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足(zu)夠(gou)的容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾(lv)波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查被(bei)試(shi)品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連(lian)線是(shi)否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)(jie)好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)(jie)線后,應復查無誤(wu)后才可加壓。應特(te)別注意檢(jian)查高壓設備及引線與地、與操作(zuo)人員的(de)**距離(li),被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備(bei)應緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒(shao)壞微(wei)安表。必要時(shi)應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別(bie)讀取各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗過程中,應(ying)(ying)密切(qie)監視被(bei)試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)(ying)立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降壓(ya),切斷電源后應將被試品及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBYD-600KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓器的外(wai)(wai)殼以(yi)及操(cao)作系(xi)統的外(wai)(wai)殼必須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的X端(duan)(高壓尾(wei))以(yi)及測(ce)量(liang)繞組的F端(duan)必須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串級試驗(yan)時,**級、第三級試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)低(di)壓繞組的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)以及(ji)高(gao)壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)均接本級試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第三級試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接通電源前,操作系統(tong)的調壓(ya)器必須調到零位后方可接通電源,合閘(zha),開始升壓(ya)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后(hou),應在數(shu)秒內勻速(su)的將調壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)額(e)定(ding)參數使用(yong)。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不(bu)允(yun)許全電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發現以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺(bai)動(dong)(或數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線上升(sheng)

被試品內有(you)不正常的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中(zhong)第(di)9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表(biao),為長(chang)期關閉狀態(tai)。每6個(ge)月(yue)開(kai)閥一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后(hou)應測量被試設(she)備的(de)絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用(yong)時,應(ying)放置(zhi)于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直(zhi)射的地(di)方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產(chan)品緊固(gu)件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產(chan)品做高壓試(shi)驗時,出熟(shu)悉本(ben)說明書(shu)外,還必(bi)須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關標(biao)準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配(pei)合(he),高壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電(dian)氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-600KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓器容量(liang)Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額定輸出(chu)高(gao)壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓較(jiao)低(di)時,k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量(liang)(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電(dian)源的頻率

被試設備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化很(hen)大,

可(ke)由設(she)備的類型(xing)而定。
