二、WBYD-400KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)變壓器采用單(dan)框芯(xin)(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)上,高(gao)(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大(da)了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦(ou)合(he)。產(chan)品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)做被試品的工頻耐壓(ya)試驗使用接線(xian)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)5。

注:高壓尾必須可靠(kao)接地

工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的額定容(rong)量來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電阻(zu)(zu)作為限流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子(zi)粗細應具有足(zu)夠的熱容(rong)量(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量硫酸(suan)銅配制(zhi)成各種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試品起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準(zhun)確的,其(qi)原因是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)這個(ge)漏抗上必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)(huo)容升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)(huo)高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出(chu)來的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂容升現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的漏抗必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了(le)準(zhun)確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施加的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察(cha)試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對于(yu)大(da)型(xing)試(shi)驗,一般都應先進(jin)行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即不接(jie)試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)太快,并(bing)必須防止突然(ran)(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在零位時(shi)突然(ran)(ran)合閘。也不能(neng)突然(ran)(ran)切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降至零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升(sheng)至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓時,開始計時,到1min后(hou),迅(xun)速降壓到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下時,才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或(huo)耐(nai)壓試驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列不正(zheng)(zheng)常情況(kuang)時,應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源。停止試驗并查(cha)明原因:①電壓表指針(zhen)擺(bai)動很大;②發(fa)現絕(jue)緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被(bei)試品內有不正(zheng)(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)在(zai)做被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超(chao)過高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)還應具有足夠的容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一(yi)般選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操作及(ji)注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)品是(shi)(shi)否停電,接地放電,一切對外連(lian)線是(shi)(shi)否擦干凈。要(yao)嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗電壓加到有人(ren)工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓。應(ying)特別注意檢查(cha)高壓設備及引(yin)線與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)外殼(ke)是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di),要按**規(gui)程中(zhong)所(suo)規(gui)定的(de)內(nei)容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備(bei)應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)(ji)加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀取各(ge)級(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切(qie)監(jian)視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)完畢(bi),降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源(yuan)后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

1、按(an)照您所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以(yi)(yi)及操作(zuo)系統的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以(yi)(yi)及測量(liang)繞組的(de)F端必(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)低壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通電源前(qian),操(cao)作系統的(de)調壓(ya)器必須(xu)調到(dao)零位后(hou)方(fang)可(ke)接通電源,合(he)閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從零開始均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)法有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按(an)一定的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)(nin)所需(xu)的額定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)(nin)所需(xu)的額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的指示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)被試品的情(qing)(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如發(fa)現測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的指示(shi)及(ji)被試品情(qing)(qing)況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明(ming)情(qing)(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢后(hou),應在(zai)數(shu)秒內(nei)勻(yun)速(su)的將(jiang)調壓器返回(hui)至零位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan)。

6、本產品(pin)不(bu)得(de)超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不(bu)允許(xu)全電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或(huo)耐壓試驗過程中,如發現以下不正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗并查明原因。

⑴電(dian)壓表指針擺動(dong)(或數字(zi)跳動(dong))很(hen)大(da)

⑵電流表(biao)直(zhi)線上升

被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)(li)表,為(wei)長期(qi)關(guan)閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態。每6個月(yue)開閥(fa)一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓力(li)(li),應(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)(li)后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體(ti),以增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的(de)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)長期不使用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不(bu)允許(xu)在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運輸搬運途(tu)中(zhong)不得重(zhong)力沖擊(ji)。

13、產(chan)品緊固(gu)件(jian)及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必(bi)須嚴格執(zhi)行國家(jia)有關標準和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備的(de)絕(jue)緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性(xing)試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-400KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)容量(liang)Pn的(de)確定公(gong)式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)額定輸出高壓(ya)的(de)有(you)效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)低時,k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試設備的(de)(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由(you)交(jiao)流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的(de)(de)變(bian)化很大,

可(ke)由設備的類(lei)型而定。
