二、WBYD-400KV交流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)(xin)式鐵芯(xin)(xin)結構(gou)(gou)(gou),初級繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)繞組(zu)在外(wai),這(zhe)種同軸布置(zhi)減少(shao)了漏(lou)磁(ci)通,因(yin)而增大了繞組(zu)間的(de)(de)耦合。產品的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容(rong)器(qi)結構(gou)(gou)(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)(gou)(gou)見(jian)圖(tu)1:

三、WBYD-400KV交流耐壓發生器工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器為單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,聯(lian)結(jie)組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入(ru) (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器配(pei)套專用設備,詳細資料請見其(qi)具體使(shi)用說明書)系列(lie)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)箱(臺),經操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器外(wai)附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級繞組,根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所(suo)需的(de)高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

注:高壓尾必須可(ke)靠(kao)接地

工頻耐壓試驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗變壓器(qi)的額(e)定(ding)容量來選擇(ze)。如(ru)高壓側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓);高壓側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)。常用水(shui)(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)作為限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),管子長(chang)度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細(xi)應具有足夠的熱容量(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方法(fa):用蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加入適量硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)制成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間隙及保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過(guo)球(qiu)間隙整定值時(一(yi)般取(qu)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試品(pin)起(qi)到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間隙保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常準(zhun)確的(de),其原因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)(huo)容升,使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)(huo)高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升現象(xiang)。感應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施(shi)加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)操作注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監(jian)護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免(mian)損壞(huai)被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型(xing)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先進行空(kong)升試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓,校對各種(zhong)表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不(bu)能太(tai)快(kuai),并必須(xu)防止突(tu)(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在零位(wei)時突(tu)(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能突(tu)(tu)然(ran)切(qie)斷電源(yuan),一(yi)般應在調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器降至零位(wei)時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓以下(xia)時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如(ru)發(fa)現下列不(bu)正常情況時,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有不(bu)正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后(hou)應測量(liang)絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)在(zai)做被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試驗時接(jie)線原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)(shu)出端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠(gou)的(de)容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾(lv)波電容C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電容量很大時(shi),C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗(yan)的(de)操(cao)作及注意事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢(jian)查被試品(pin)是否停電,接(jie)地放(fang)電,一(yi)切對(dui)外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試驗(yan)電壓加到有人工作的部(bu)位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)(de)接線后,應復查無誤(wu)后才(cai)可加壓(ya)。應特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓(ya)設備(bei)及(ji)引(yin)線與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)外(wai)殼是否可靠接地,要(yao)按**規程中所規定的(de)(de)內容(rong)進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩(huan)慢升(sheng)壓,防(fang)止被試品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表(biao)。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微安(an)表(biao)的穩(wen)定(ding)讀數。

4)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切監(jian)視被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦(dan)發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置本身(shen)充(chong)分(fen)放電。

四、WBYD-400KV交流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的(de)試(shi)驗接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼以及操作系統的(de)外(wai)殼必須可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di)。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端必須可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端,測量(liang)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端以及高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系統的調壓器(qi)必(bi)須(xu)調到零位后(hou)方可(ke)接(jie)通電源,合(he)閘,開始(shi)升壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始(shi)(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始(shi)(shi)按(an)一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)指(zhi)示以及被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過程中或試(shi)(shi)驗過程中如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)指(zhi)示及被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)情況異常,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后(hou),應在(zai)數秒內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零(ling)位,然后(hou)切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參(can)數使用。除試驗(yan)必須(xu)外,決不允許全電(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或(huo)耐壓試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)以下(xia)不正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗(yan)(yan)并查明原因。

⑵電(dian)流表直(zhi)線上升

被試品內(nei)有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥一次(ci),以檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓力(li),應(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓力(li)后立(li)即關(guan)閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應(ying)測量被試設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用(yong)時(shi),應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直(zhi)射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫(wen)度(du)下(xia)長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固(gu)件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品(pin)做(zuo)高壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,出熟(shu)悉本(ben)說(shuo)明書外(wai),還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和(he)操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)技術》;《電氣(qi)設備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)規(gui)程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-400KV交流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)容(rong)量Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額定輸出高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系(xi)數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較低時(shi),k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電容量(liang)Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很(hen)大,

可由設備的(de)類型而(er)定。
