二、WBYD-400KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結構,初級繞組繞在(zai)鐵芯上(shang),高壓(ya)繞組在(zai)外,這種同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因而增大(da)了繞組間的(de)耦合。產(chan)品的(de)外殼為圓柱灌(guan)式(shi)容(rong)器(qi)結構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其(qi)結構見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為本(ben)公司生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配(pei)套專(zhuan)用(yong)設(she)備,詳細(xi)資料請見其具體使用(yong)說明書(shu))系列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu),根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)可獲得(de)試驗(yan)所(suo)需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流電阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額定容(rong)量來(lai)選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電流為(wei)1A以(yi)上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電阻(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流電阻(zu),管(guan)子長度(du)可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱(re)容(rong)量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法(fa):用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫(liu)酸(suan)銅配制成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電阻(zu):當電壓超過球(qiu)間隙(xi)整(zheng)定(ding)值(zhi)時(一般(ban)取(qu)試驗電壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)放電,對(dui)被(bei)試品起到保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準(zhun)(zhun)確的(de),其原因是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上必(bi)(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反(fan)映出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)(zhun)確測量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗人(ren)(ren)員應做好分工,明確相(xiang)互(hu)間(jian)聯(lian)系方(fang)法(fa)。并(bing)有(you)專門人(ren)(ren)監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先(xian)清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以免損(sun)壞被試(shi)品(pin)和(he)試(shi)驗帶(dai)來的誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般(ban)都應先(xian)進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya),校對各種表計,調(diao)整球間(jian)隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太快,并必(bi)須防止突然加壓。例(li)如調壓器不(bu)在零(ling)位時突然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能突然切斷(duan)電源,一般應(ying)在調壓器降至(zhi)零(ling)位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才(cai)能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過程(cheng)中,如發現下列不正(zheng)常情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電(dian)(dian)壓表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變壓器在(zai)做被試品的直流耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應(ying)先抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,輸(shu)出端(duan)短路電(dian)流(liu)不超(chao)過高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足(zu)夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的(de)電(dian)容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗(yan)的操作及注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對(dui)外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線(xian)后,應復查無誤(wu)后才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查高壓(ya)設備及引線(xian)與地、與操作人(ren)員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)外殼是否可靠接地,要按**規程(cheng)中(zhong)所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備(bei)應緩慢(man)升壓,防(fang)止被(bei)試品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安(an)表(biao)。必要時應分(fen)(fen)級加壓,分(fen)(fen)別讀(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下(xia)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)的穩定(ding)讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),應(ying)密(mi)切監(jian)視被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微(wei)安(an)表,一旦發生擊(ji)穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍等異(yi)常(chang)現象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢(bi),降壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-400KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接好工作線路(lu)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)以及操(cao)作系統的(de)外殼(ke)必須(xu)可靠接地。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量(liang)繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源前(qian),操作系統(tong)的調壓器必須(xu)調到(dao)零(ling)位后方可接通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢(man)速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度(du)上升到您(nin)所需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)升到您(nin)所需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注意測(ce)量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)以(yi)及被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如發現(xian)測(ce)量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)及被試(shi)品(pin)情況(kuang)異常(chang),應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓(ya)器返回至零(ling)位,然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本(ben)產品(pin)不(bu)得超過額定參(can)數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外(wai),決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正(zheng)常情(qing)況時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗并(bing)查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或數(shu)字跳動)很大

⑵電流(liu)表直線上升

被試(shi)品(pin)內(nei)有不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項(xiang)系壓力(li)閥及(ji)壓力(li)表,為長(chang)期關閉(bi)狀態。每(mei)6個月(yue)開(kai)閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓(ya)實(shi)驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使用時,應(ying)放(fang)置于通(tong)風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無(wu)陽光直射的(de)地方。

11、該產品(pin)不(bu)允(yun)許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度(du)下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及(ji)壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高壓試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說明書(shu)外(wai),還必須嚴格(ge)執行國(guo)家有(you)關標準和操(cao)作(zuo)規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的絕緣配合,高壓試(shi)驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-400KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變(bian)壓器容(rong)量Pn的(de)確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器容(rong)量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)額定(ding)輸出(chu)高壓的(de)有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時,k值(zhi)可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電容量(liang)Ct可由交流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由設備的類型(xing)而定。
