一、WBYD-400KV高壓耐壓成套裝置概(gai)述

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)是根據《試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)》標準,在油浸式試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)基礎(chu)上而(er)設計(ji)生產(chan)的(de)。SF6氣(qi)(qi)體具有(you)良好的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)絕(jue)(jue)緣性能(neng)及(ji)優異的(de)滅(mie)弧(hu)性能(neng),其(qi)耐壓強度為同一壓力(li)下氮氣(qi)(qi)的(de)2.5倍,擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)空氣(qi)(qi)的(de)2.5倍。在0.25MPa下與油的(de)擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓相等(deng),在0.45MPa壓力(li)下是油的(de)擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)2倍,是一種優于油的(de)新一代超高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓絕(jue)(jue)緣介質材(cai)(cai)料(liao)。該(gai)產(chan)品技術要求完(wan)全符合《ZBK-41006-89》標準,它(ta)是油浸式輕(qing)(qing)型試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)換代產(chan)品。該(gai)產(chan)品具有(you)體積小、重量輕(qing)(qing)、不受氣(qi)(qi)候變(bian)化(hua)影響、電(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)小、現(xian)場搬運無需(xu)靜止可使用(yong)(yong),使用(yong)(yong)壽命長、免維(wei)修(xiu)等(deng)特點。適用(yong)(yong)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)、工(gong)礦企業、科研部門等(deng)對(dui)各(ge)種高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設備、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)元件、絕(jue)(jue)緣材(cai)(cai)料(liao)進行工(gong)頻或直流高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓下的(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣強度試驗。

二、WBYD-400KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外,這種同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因(yin)而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱灌(guan)式容器結構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓力(li)。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接入 (為本公司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配(pei)套(tao)專(zhuan)用(yong)設備,詳(xiang)細(xi)資料請(qing)見其具體(ti)使用(yong)說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞組(zu),根據電(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所(suo)需的高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓試驗變壓器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)(gao)壓套(tao)管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆(dui),串接(jie)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波整流(liu)(liu)(liu),以獲(huo)得直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓。當(dang)用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆(dui)短接(jie)時,可(ke)獲(huo)得工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電壓,作(zuo)為交流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出狀態;取消短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出狀態。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額(e)定容量來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為(wei)限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足(zu)夠的(de)(de)熱容量(水阻液配制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入(ru)適量硫酸(suan)銅(tong)配制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般(ban)取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起(qi)到保護(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準(zhun)確(que)的(de),其原因是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準(zhun)確(que)測量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗操作注(zhu)意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好(hao)分工,明確(que)相互間聯系方(fang)法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應(ying)先清掃(sao)干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗(yan),一般都應(ying)先進(jin)行空升試驗(yan)。即(ji)不(bu)接(jie)試品時升壓至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)速度不(bu)(bu)能太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)(bu)在零(ling)位(wei)時突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)(bu)能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般應(ying)在調壓(ya)(ya)器降至零(ling)位(wei)時拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后(hou),迅速(su)降壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列不正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器在做被試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓或泄露試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電壓(ya)時(shi)(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)短路電流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)。如(ru)電壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時(shi)(shi)用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)還應具有足(zu)夠的(de)容量和沿面(mian)放電距離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般(ban)選擇(ze)在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容量很大(da)時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的(de)操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應(ying)先檢查被(bei)試(shi)品是否停電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外連線是否擦干(gan)凈(jing)。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作(zuo)的部位上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗裝置的接(jie)線后,應復查無誤后才可加壓。應特(te)別注(zhu)意檢(jian)查高壓設備及引線與地、與操(cao)作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試品的外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定的內容進行(xing)試驗。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電容量設備應緩(huan)慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的(de)(de)充(chong)電電流燒壞微安(an)表。必(bi)要(yao)時應分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別(bie)讀(du)取各級電壓(ya)下(xia)微安(an)表的(de)(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密(mi)切監(jian)視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記(ji)錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將被試品及試驗裝置本(ben)身充(chong)分(fen)放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-400KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行的試驗(yan)接好(hao)工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓器的外(wai)殼以(yi)及(ji)操作系(xi)統的外(wai)殼必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地。試驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的X端(高壓尾(wei))以(yi)及(ji)測量繞組的F端必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地。

2、做串級試驗(yan)時,**級、第三級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)(jie)本級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級、第三級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)通過(guo)絕緣支架接(jie)(jie)地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方(fang)可接通(tong)電源,合閘,開(kai)始升壓。

4、從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始按一定的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)(nin)所(suo)需的額定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)(nin)所(suo)需的額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注(zhu)意測量儀(yi)表(biao)的指示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)被試品(pin)的情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現測量儀(yi)表(biao)的指示(shi)及(ji)被試品(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)異(yi)常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明(ming)情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓(ya)器返回至零位(wei),然(ran)后切(qie)斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不(bu)(bu)得超過(guo)額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不(bu)(bu)允許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電源,停(ting)止試(shi)驗并(bing)查(cha)明原因。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(或數字跳動)很大(da)

⑵電(dian)流表直線上升

被試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表,為(wei)長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一(yi)次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)后立即(ji)關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使(shi)用時,應放置于(yu)通風、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬運(yun)途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產(chan)品緊(jin)固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用(yong)本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說(shuo)明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設備預(yu)防性(xing)試驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-400KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定輸出高壓(ya)的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時(shi),k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電(dian)容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試設(she)備的(de)電容量(liang)Ct可由(you)交流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可(ke)由設備的(de)類型(xing)而定。
