二、WBYD-400KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞組(zu)(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)在外(wai),這種同(tong)軸(zhou)布(bu)置減(jian)少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞組(zu)(zu)間的耦合(he)。產品(pin)的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其(qi)結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBYD-400KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本(ben)公司生(sheng)產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細(xi)資料請(qing)見其具體使用(yong)說明(ming)書(shu))系列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根據(ju)電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工作(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有(you)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)作(zuo)半(ban)波整流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時,可獲得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai);取消短路(lu)桿(gan)時,作(zuo)為直流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器做(zuo)被試品(pin)的(de)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗使(shi)用接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖見(jian)圖5。

注:高壓(ya)尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額(e)(e)定容量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)(shui)電(dian)阻作為限流(liu)電(dian)阻,管子長(chang)度可(ke)(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具(ju)有足夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過(guo)球間(jian)(jian)隙整定(ding)值時(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試品起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球間(jian)(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準確的(de),其原因是(shi)由于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang),在這個(ge)漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所(suo)謂(wei)容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang)必然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明(ming)確相互間聯系方法(fa)。并有專門人監(jian)護現場(chang)**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試品(pin)(pin)應(ying)先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試品(pin)(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大(da)型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都(dou)應先進(jin)行(xing)空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種表(biao)計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓速度不能太(tai)快,并(bing)必須防止突然加(jia)壓。例如調(diao)壓器不在零(ling)位時突然合閘。也(ye)不能突然切斷電源,一般應在調(diao)壓器降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升(sheng)至試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓時,開始(shi)計(ji)時,到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓以下(xia)時,才能(neng)拉開電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現下(xia)列不正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應(ying)測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢(jian)查(cha)絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品(pin)的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原(yuan)理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,輸出端短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過(guo)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用(yong)于(yu)60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高(gao)壓濾波電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電(dian)容量很大(da)時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被(bei)試品(pin)是否停電,接(jie)地放電,一切對外連線是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將試驗電壓加(jia)到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗(yan)裝置的接(jie)線(xian)(xian)后,應復查無(wu)誤(wu)后才可(ke)加壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設(she)備(bei)及引(yin)線(xian)(xian)與(yu)地、與(yu)操(cao)作(zuo)人員的**距離,被(bei)試品(pin)的外殼(ke)是(shi)否(fou)可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定(ding)的內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升(sheng)壓,防止(zhi)被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞(huai)微(wei)安表。必要(yao)時應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀(du)取各級電(dian)壓下微(wei)安表的穩(wen)定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,應密切監視被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異(yi)常現象(xiang)應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗裝置本身(shen)充分放(fang)電。

1、按(an)照您所(suo)進(jin)行(xing)的(de)(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好工作線(xian)路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼以(yi)及(ji)操作系(xi)統的(de)(de)外殼必須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量(liang)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)低壓繞組的(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量(liang)繞組的(de)F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)必須通(tong)過絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位后(hou)方可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表的(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及(ji)(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)(zhong)如(ru)發現測量儀表的(de)指(zhi)示及(ji)(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明(ming)情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內(nei)勻速的將調(diao)壓器(qi)返回(hui)至(zhi)零位,然后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使(shi)用。除(chu)試驗(yan)必須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如發現(xian)以(yi)下不正常(chang)情(qing)況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源,停止(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因。

⑵電流表直線上升

被(bei)試品內(nei)有不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥(fa)(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)(fa)一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立即(ji)關閉(bi)閥(fa)(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器長(chang)期不使(shi)用時,應(ying)放(fang)置(zhi)于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中不(bu)得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固(gu)件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格執行(xing)國家(jia)有關標準和操(cao)作規程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預(yu)防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-400KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi)(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時(shi)(shi),k值(zhi)可取(qu)高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大(da),

可(ke)由設備的類型而定。
