二、WBYD-400KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結構,初級繞組繞在(zai)鐵(tie)芯上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞組在(zai)外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少了(le)漏磁通,因(yin)而增大(da)了(le)繞組間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式容器結構,能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其(qi)結構見圖1:

三、WBYD-400KV試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單(dan)相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接(jie)入 (為本公司生產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備(bei),詳細資料請(qing)見其具體使用說明書)系列操(cao)(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)(cao)作箱內自偶(ou)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附(fu))調節(jie)至(zhi)(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)初(chu)級繞(rao)(rao)組,根(gen)據電(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器做被試(shi)品的(de)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗使用接線原理(li)圖見圖5。

注(zhu):高(gao)壓(ya)尾必須可(ke)靠接地(di)

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)(e)定容量來選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度(du)可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量硫酸(suan)銅配制成各種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試(shi)(shi)品起到(dao)保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常準確的(de),其(qi)原因是由(you)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)(suo)謂(wei)容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)人員應做好(hao)分工,明確(que)相互間(jian)聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品(pin)狀態(tai)。

2)被試品應先清掃干(gan)(gan)凈,并**干(gan)(gan)燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗帶(dai)來的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大(da)型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan),一般(ban)都應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調(diao)整(zheng)球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在零位(wei)時突然(ran)合閘。也(ye)不(bu)能(neng)突然(ran)切(qie)斷電(dian)源,一般應在調壓(ya)(ya)器降至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電壓升至試驗(yan)電壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電壓以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開電源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發現下列不正常情況時,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很大;②發現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端(duan)短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中(zhong),限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量(liang)很(hen)大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗(yan)的操作及(ji)注意(yi)事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢查被試品(pin)是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連線是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴(yan)防(fang)將試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)加到有人工(gong)作的部(bu)位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)接線(xian)(xian)后,應復查無誤(wu)后才可(ke)加壓。應特別注意檢(jian)查高壓設(she)備及(ji)引線(xian)(xian)與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操(cao)作人員(yuan)的(de)**距(ju)離,被試品(pin)的(de)外殼是(shi)否可(ke)靠(kao)接地(di),要(yao)按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進(jin)行試驗。

3)對于大電容(rong)量(liang)設備(bei)應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充電電流燒壞微安表。必要時應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀(du)(du)取(qu)各級電壓下微安表的穩定讀(du)(du)數。

4)試驗過(guo)程中,應密切監視被試品、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明(ming)原(yuan)因(yin),詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源后(hou)應將(jiang)被試品及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分放電(dian)(dian)。

四、WBYD-400KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試(shi)驗(yan)接好(hao)工作線路(lu)。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼以及操作系統的外殼必須(xu)可(ke)(ke)靠接地。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測(ce)量繞組的F端必須(xu)可(ke)(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕緣(yuan)支架接地。

3、接通電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器必須(xu)調到零(ling)位后(hou)方(fang)可(ke)接通電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有(you):快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始按一定的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額定試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定電壓(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量儀表的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品情(qing)況(kuang)異常(chang),應立(li)即降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,查明(ming)情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品(pin)不得超過額定(ding)參數使(shi)用。除試驗必須(xu)外(wai),決不允(yun)許全(quan)電壓通電或(huo)斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試驗并查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)力表,為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應(ying)測(ce)量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長期(qi)不使(shi)用時,應(ying)放(fang)置于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不(bu)允許(xu)在高(gao)于(yu)45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存(cun)放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬(ban)運(yun)途中不得重力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固(gu)件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品做(zuo)高壓試驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備(bei)(bei)的(de)絕緣配(pei)合,高壓試驗技(ji)術(shu)》;《電氣設備(bei)(bei)預防性試驗規程》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-400KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定(ding)公(gong)式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額(e)定輸出高壓的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓(ya)較(jiao)低時,k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率

被試設備的電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設(she)備的類(lei)型而定。
