一、WBYD-400KV高壓試驗變壓器概述

二、WBYD-400KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組在外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組間的(de)耦合(he)。產品的(de)外殼(ke)為圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBYD-400KV高壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)本(ben)公司生產的(de)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)說明書)系(xi)(xi)列操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理(li),在試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組可獲得試驗(yan)所(suo)需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui),串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)(zuo)半(ban)波整流,以(yi)獲(huo)得直(zhi)流高(gao)電壓(ya)。當(dang)用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)短接時,可(ke)獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交流輸(shu)出狀態;取(qu)消短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直(zhi)流輸(shu)出狀態。

注:高(gao)壓尾必須可靠接(jie)地

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗中限流電(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流為(wei)1A以(yi)上(shang)時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻作為(wei)限流電(dian)阻,管子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的熱容(rong)量(水阻液(ye)配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加(jia)入適(shi)量硫(liu)酸(suan)銅配制成各(ge)種不同的阻值)。

球間隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過(guo)球間隙(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試品起到(dao)保(bao)護作(zuo)用。球間隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準確的(de)(de)(de)(de),其原因(yin)是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這(zhe)個漏抗上(shang)必(bi)然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂(wei)容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)漏抗必(bi)然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應(ying)做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大(da)型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表計,調整球(qiu)間(jian)隙。

4)升壓速度(du)不(bu)能太快,并(bing)必須防(fang)止突(tu)然加壓。例(li)如調壓器不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位(wei)時突(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在(zai)調壓器降至零(ling)位(wei)時拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電壓(ya)時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電壓(ya)以下(xia)時,才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發現下(xia)列(lie)不正常情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)品內(nei)有(you)不正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕緣情(qing)況。

試驗變壓器在做被試品的(de)直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽(chou)出短(duan)路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流電阻R1選擇在額(e)定輸出電壓(ya)(ya)時,輸出端短路(lu)電流不超過高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的*大(da)(da)整流。如電壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的*大(da)(da)整流電流為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限(xian)流電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流電阻還應(ying)具有足(zu)夠的容(rong)量(liang)和沿面放電距離。

高壓(ya)濾(lv)波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用(yong)。

泄露(lu)試驗的操(cao)作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先(xian)檢查(cha)被(bei)試(shi)品是(shi)否停電,接地放(fang)電,一切對(dui)外連線是(shi)否擦干(gan)凈。要嚴(yan)防將試(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到有人工作(zuo)的部(bu)位上(shang)去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應(ying)復查(cha)無(wu)誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特(te)別注(zhu)意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓設備(bei)及(ji)引(yin)線與地、與操作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大(da)電容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的充電電流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀取(qu)各級(ji)電壓(ya)下(xia)微安表(biao)的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗過程中(zhong),應(ying)密切監視被試品、試驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等(deng)異常(chang)現象(xiang)應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan),并(bing)查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢(bi),降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源后(hou)應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充分(fen)放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-400KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所(suo)進行的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)系統(tong)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須可靠(kao)接地(di)。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)高壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必須可靠(kao)接地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支架接地。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內(nei)勻(yun)速的將調壓器返(fan)回至(zhi)零位,然后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過(guo)額定參數使用。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程中,如(ru)發現以下不正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源,停止試驗并(bing)查明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針擺動(或數字跳(tiao)動)很大(da)

⑵電流表(biao)直線上升

被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li),應(ying)不(bu)小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)后(hou)立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后(hou)應測量(liang)被試設備的(de)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器長期(qi)不使(shi)用時(shi),應放置(zhi)于通(tong)風、干燥、無(wu)陽(yang)光直射的(de)地(di)方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途(tu)中不(bu)得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固(gu)件(jian)及壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)(li)表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)配合,高壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試驗規(gui)程》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-400KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容(rong)量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的額定輸(shu)出(chu)高壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率
