二、WBYD-350KV交流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器采用單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高壓繞(rao)組在外(wai),這種同軸布(bu)置(zhi)減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大(da)了繞(rao)組間的耦(ou)合(he)。產品的外(wai)殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式(shi)容器結(jie)構,能耐(nai)受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓力(li)。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. ;用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為(wei)(wei)380V)電源(yuan)接入(ru) (為(wei)(wei)本公司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資料(liao)請見其具體使用說(shuo)明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節(jie)至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)初(chu)級繞組,根據電磁(ci)感應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲(huo)得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列(lie)交(jiao)(jiao)直流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的工作原理圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作半波整流,以獲(huo)得直流高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆短接(jie)時,可獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作為(wei)交(jiao)(jiao)流輸出(chu)狀態;取(qu)消短路(lu)桿時,作為(wei)直流輸出(chu)狀態。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)額定容(rong)(rong)量來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮(lv),管子(zi)粗細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱(re)容(rong)(rong)量(水阻(zu)液配制(zhi)(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)(zhi)成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品起到保護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確(que)的(de)(de),其原因是由(you)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)(cun)在著漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang),在這個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)上必(bi)(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反(fan)映(ying)出來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)必(bi)(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確(que)測(ce)量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做(zuo)好分工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試品應先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以免損(sun)壞被試品和試驗帶(dai)來的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大(da)型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般(ban)都應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種(zhong)表(biao)計,調(diao)整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能(neng)太快,并必須(xu)防止突然加壓。例(li)如(ru)調壓器不在零位(wei)時(shi)突然合(he)閘(zha)。也(ye)不能(neng)突然切(qie)斷電源,一(yi)般應在調壓器降至(zhi)零位(wei)時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓升(sheng)至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓時,開始計(ji)時,到(dao)(dao)1min后(hou),迅速(su)降(jiang)壓到(dao)(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓以下時,才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時(shi),應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切斷(duan)電源。停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲(sheng)音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi)接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具(ju)有(you)足夠的(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應(ying)先(xian)檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是(shi)否(fou)停(ting)電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外連線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到有人(ren)工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的接(jie)線后(hou),應復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及(ji)引線與地(di)、與操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試品(pin)的外(wai)殼是否(fou)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地(di),要(yao)按**規程中所規定的內容進行(xing)試驗。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容量設(she)備應(ying)(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓,防(fang)止被試品(pin)的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安(an)表。必要時應(ying)(ying)分級加壓,分別讀(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下微(wei)安(an)表的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,應(ying)密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查(cha)明(ming)原因(yin),詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢(bi),降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-350KV交流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的試驗接(jie)好工作線路(lu)。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼(ke)以(yi)及操作系統的外殼(ke)必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞組(zu)的F端必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)低壓繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以(yi)及高壓繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通(tong)電(dian)源前,操作(zuo)系統的調壓器必(bi)須調到零位后方可接通(tong)電(dian)源,合閘,開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)方法有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)法,即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)法;慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)法,即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)法;極慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)法供選(xuan)用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)從零開始按一定的升(sheng)壓(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)度(du)(du)上升(sheng)到您所(suo)需的額(e)(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額(e)(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的速(su)度(du)(du)升(sheng)到您所(suo)需的額(e)(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),并密切(qie)注意(yi)測(ce)量儀(yi)表的指示以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的情(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中如發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表的指示及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況異常,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明(ming)情(qing)況。

5、試驗(yan)完(wan)畢后(hou),應在(zai)數秒內勻速的將調壓器(qi)返回至零位,然(ran)后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額(e)定參數使用(yong)。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查(cha)明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指針擺動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有不正(zheng)常的(de)聲音(yin)

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表(biao),為(wei)長(chang)期關閉狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓力(li),應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后立即(ji)關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體,以增(zeng)加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓(ya)實(shi)驗前后應測量被試(shi)設備的絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用(yong)時,應放置(zhi)于通風(feng)、干(gan)燥、無陽光直射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使(shi)用(yong)、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)(yun)途(tu)中不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟(shu)悉(xi)本說(shuo)明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家(jia)有關標準和操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)預(yu)防性(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-350KV交流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額定輸出(chu)高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低(di)時,k值可(ke)取(qu)高一些(xie)。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的(de)頻率

被試(shi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類型(xing)而(er)定(ding)。
