二、WBYD-350KV交直流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器采(cai)用單框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的耦合。產(chan)品的外殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接(jie)入 (為本公司生產的試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)說明書(shu))系(xi)列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理(li),在(zai)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可(ke)獲得試驗(yan)所需(xu)的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據(ju)試驗(yan)變壓器的額(e)定(ding)容量來(lai)選擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以(yi)上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水(shui)阻液配(pei)制(zhi)(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾(liu)水(shui)加(jia)入(ru)適量硫酸銅配(pei)制(zhi)(zhi)成各種不同的阻值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間隙及(ji)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間隙整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保護作用。球(qiu)間隙保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)的(de)(de),其原因是由于(yu)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使(shi)試品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,被試品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂(wei)容升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門(men)人(ren)監護(hu)現(xian)場**及觀(guan)察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被試品(pin)應(ying)先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免(mian)損壞被試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時(shi)升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度(du)不能(neng)太快,并必須防止突然加壓(ya)(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)不在零位時突然合閘。也不能(neng)突然切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)降至(zhi)零位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗電(dian)壓時,開始計時,到(dao)(dao)1min后(hou),迅(xun)速降壓到(dao)(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)壓以下時,才能(neng)拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現下列不(bu)正(zheng)常情況時,應(ying)立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很(hen)大(da);②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內(nei)有(you)不(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)在(zai)做被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先(xian)抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端短(duan)路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻還應具有足夠(gou)的容(rong)量(liang)和沿(yan)面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇(ze)在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時(shi),C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗(yan)的操作(zuo)及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)是(shi)否(fou)停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切(qie)對(dui)外連(lian)線是(shi)否(fou)擦(ca)干凈。要(yao)嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別(bie)注意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓設備及引線與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離(li),被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程中所規定的(de)內容(rong)進行試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓(ya)(ya),防(fang)止被試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時應分級(ji)加壓(ya)(ya),分別讀取各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下(xia)微安(an)表的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應(ying)密切監(jian)視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,并查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄(lu)。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBYD-350KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行(xing)的試(shi)驗接(jie)好工作(zuo)(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗變壓器的外殼(ke)以及(ji)操作(zuo)(zuo)系(xi)統的外殼(ke)必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地(di)。試(shi)驗變壓器高壓繞組的X端(duan)(高壓尾)以及(ji)測量繞組的F端(duan)必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)低壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)必須(xu)通(tong)過(guo)絕(jue)緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系(xi)統(tong)的(de)調壓器(qi)必須調到零(ling)位后方可(ke)接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始(shi)升壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)(ling)開始(shi)(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)(ling)開始(shi)(shi)按一定的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額定試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒(miao)2%額定試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)(ce)量儀表的(de)指示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如(ru)發現測(ce)(ce)量儀表的(de)指示(shi)及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位,然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品(pin)不得超(chao)過(guo)額定參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試驗必(bi)須外,決(jue)不允(yun)許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發現以下不正(zheng)常情(qing)況時,應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止(zhi)試驗并查明原因。

⑴電(dian)壓表(biao)指針擺動(或(huo)數字跳動)很(hen)大

⑵電流(liu)表直(zhi)線上升

被試品內有(you)不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項(xiang)系壓力(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)表(biao),為(wei)長(chang)期關閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。每(mei)6個月開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)后(hou)立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門(men)),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加(jia)(jia)SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前(qian)后應(ying)測量(liang)被試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬(ban)運途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),出熟悉(xi)本說(shuo)明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家(jia)有關標準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-350KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗(yan)電源(yuan)的頻率

被試(shi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)電容量(liang)Ct可由交流電橋(qiao)測出。Ct的(de)(de)變化很(hen)大,

可由(you)設備的類型而定(ding)。
