二、WBYD-350KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)單框芯式(shi)(shi)鐵芯結構,初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上(shang),高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這(zhe)種同(tong)軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的(de)耦合。產品(pin)的(de)外(wai)殼為(wei)圓(yuan)柱灌(guan)式(shi)(shi)容(rong)器(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其(qi)結構見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)接入(ru) (為(wei)(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳細資料(liao)請(qing)見其具體使用(yong)說明(ming)書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內(nei)自(zi)偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級(ji)繞組,根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui),串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲(huo)得直流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短(duan)路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)短(duan)接時,可獲(huo)得工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態(tai);取消短(duan)路桿時,作(zuo)為直流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態(tai)。

試驗變壓器高(gao)壓套管中的高(gao)壓硅堆未畫(hua)出,其原理與(yu)上(shang)圖(tu)相同。

注:高(gao)壓尾(wei)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定容(rong)(rong)量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細(xi)應具有(you)足夠(gou)的熱(re)容(rong)(rong)量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅配制成各種不(bu)同的阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間隙整(zheng)定值(zhi)時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)必然存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)必然存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量(liang)被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在(zai)(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯系(xi)方法(fa)。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進行空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不接(jie)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)時升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不能太(tai)快,并必須(xu)防止突然(ran)(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不在(zai)零(ling)位(wei)時突然(ran)(ran)合(he)閘。也不能突然(ran)(ran)切斷(duan)電源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓升(sheng)至試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓以下時,才能拉開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現(xian)下列不(bu)正(zheng)常情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan)。停(ting)止試驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有(you)不(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后(hou)應測量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)在做被試品的直流耐壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試驗(yan)時接(jie)線原理圖(tu)(tu)如圖(tu)(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻R1選擇在額定輸出電壓時,輸出端短路電流(liu)不超過(guo)高壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)。如(ru)電壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong),限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻還應具有(you)足夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面放電距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)(rong)C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電容(rong)(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的(de)操(cao)作及(ji)注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對(dui)外連(lian)線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加(jia)到有(you)人工作的部位(wei)上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的(de)(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加壓。應特別(bie)注意檢查高(gao)壓設備及引(yin)線與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試品(pin)的(de)(de)外殼是(shi)否可靠(kao)接(jie)地,要按(an)**規程(cheng)中(zhong)所規定(ding)的(de)(de)內(nei)容(rong)進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時(shi)應分級(ji)加壓,分別讀(du)取各級(ji)電(dian)壓下微安(an)表的穩定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程中,應密(mi)切(qie)監視被(bei)試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源后應將被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身(shen)充分放電(dian)。

1、按照您(nin)所進行的試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)系統的外殼(ke)必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞組的F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)以及(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操(cao)作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必(bi)須(xu)調(diao)到零位后(hou)方可接通電(dian)源,合閘,開(kai)始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開始均勻(yun)旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升壓(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選(xuan)用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始按一定(ding)的(de)升壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上(shang)升到您(nin)所(suo)(suo)需的(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度升到您(nin)所(suo)(suo)需的(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注(zhu)意測量(liang)(liang)儀表的(de)指示以(yi)及被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況。升壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)程中或試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)(guo)程中如(ru)發現測量(liang)(liang)儀表的(de)指示及被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況異(yi)常,應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源,查明情(qing)(qing)(qing)況。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應(ying)在數秒內勻速的將(jiang)調(diao)壓器返回(hui)至零(ling)位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不(bu)得超(chao)過額定參數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外(wai),決不(bu)允(yun)許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺(bai)動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電(dian)流表(biao)直線上(shang)升

被試品內有不正常的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后立(li)即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)(jia)氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后(hou)應測量被(bei)試設(she)備的絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長(chang)期(qi)不使用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地(di)方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的(de)溫度下(xia)長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及(ji)壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不(bu)得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高壓試驗時(shi),出熟悉本說明(ming)書外,還(huan)必須嚴(yan)格執行(xing)國(guo)家有關標(biao)準和操作規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合(he),高壓試驗技術》;《電(dian)氣設備(bei)預防性試驗規(gui)程》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-350KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定(ding)公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額(e)定輸出(chu)高壓的有(you)效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較低時(shi),k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被(bei)試設備(bei)的電容量(liang)Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化(hua)很大,

可(ke)由(you)設(she)備的類型(xing)而(er)定。
