一、WBYD-350KV高壓耐壓成套裝置概述

二、WBYD-350KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變(bian)壓器采用單框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)構(gou),初(chu)級繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯上,高壓繞組(zu)在外(wai),這(zhe)種同軸(zhou)布置減(jian)少了漏(lou)磁通,因而增大(da)了繞組(zu)間的耦合。產(chan)品(pin)的外(wai)殼為圓(yuan)柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)為(wei)380V)電源接入&nbsp;(為(wei)本(ben)公司生產(chan)的(de)(de)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用設備,詳細資料請見(jian)其具體使用說明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作(zuo)箱(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu),根據(ju)電磁感應(ying)原理,在試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)可獲(huo)得試驗所(suo)需的(de)(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作半波整流,以獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短接(jie)時(shi),可獲得工頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作為交流輸出狀(zhuang)態;取(qu)消短路(lu)桿時(shi),作為直(zhi)流輸出狀(zhuang)態。

注:高壓尾必須可靠接(jie)地(di)

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)流電阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)容量來選擇(ze)。如高(gao)壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出電流在100~300mA時(shi)(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出電流為1A以(yi)上(shang)時(shi)(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電阻(zu)(zu)作為限(xian)流電阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗細應具有(you)足夠的(de)熱容量(水阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制成(cheng)各種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)間隙(xi)整定值時(一般取試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到(dao)保護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選(xuan)取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常(chang)準確(que)的,其原因是由(you)于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個(ge)漏抗上(shang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容(rong)(rong)升,使試(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于或(huo)高(gao)于低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容(rong)(rong)升現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確(que)測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)施加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作(zuo)注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人(ren)員(yuan)應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并(bing)有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應(ying)先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型試驗(yan),一般都應先進行空升試驗(yan)。即不接試品時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓(ya),校(xiao)對各種(zhong)表計,調(diao)整(zheng)球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并必須防止突然(ran)加壓。例(li)如調(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)不在零位(wei)時突然(ran)合閘。也不能突然(ran)切斷電(dian)源(yuan),一般應(ying)在調(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)降至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時,開(kai)始(shi)計時,到1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后(hou)應(ying)測(ce)量絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做(zuo)被試品的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄露(lu)試驗時(shi)接線原理圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此(ci)試驗應先(xian)抽(chou)出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過高壓(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠的容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)距離(li)。

高壓(ya)濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電容(rong)量很大時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是(shi)否停電,接地放電,一切對外(wai)連線是(shi)否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作的部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)的(de)接(jie)線后,應復查(cha)無誤(wu)后才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引線與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量設備應緩慢(man)升壓,防(fang)止被試品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞(huai)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)。必要時應分級(ji)加壓,分別(bie)讀取各級(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓下(xia)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,應密切監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異常現(xian)象應立(li)即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電源后應(ying)將被試(shi)品(pin)及試(shi)驗裝置本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-350KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統(tong)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須可(ke)(ke)靠接地。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測(ce)量繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)F端必須可(ke)(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外殼必須通(tong)過絕緣(yuan)支架接地。

3、接通電(dian)(dian)源前,操作系統(tong)的調壓器必須調到零位后方(fang)可接通電(dian)(dian)源,合閘(zha),開(kai)始升(sheng)壓。

5、試驗完畢后,應(ying)在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位,然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超過額(e)定參數使用(yong)。除試(shi)驗(yan)必須外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停(ting)止試驗并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以檢查(cha)(cha)SF6壓力(li),應(ying)不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)(cha)壓力(li)后立(li)即關(guan)閉(bi)閥門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗(yan)前后應測量(liang)被試(shi)設備的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器長期不(bu)使用(yong)時,應放置于通風、干燥、無(wu)陽光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許(xu)在(zai)高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長(chang)期存放(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中不(bu)得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓力閥(fa)、壓力表不得擅自(zi)松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還(huan)必須(xu)嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國家有關標準和操(cao)作規程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸(shu)變設(she)備的絕緣(yuan)配合,高壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試驗規程》等。

標(biao)稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高(gao)壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較(jiao)低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率

被試(shi)設備的電容量Ct可(ke)由交(jiao)流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的變化很(hen)大,
