二、WBYD-350KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結構(gou),初級繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞組(zu)在外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因而(er)增大了繞組(zu)間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式(shi)容器結構(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

三、WBYD-350KV交流耐壓機工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結(jie)組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)為(wei)380V)電源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)本公司(si)生產(chan)的試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套專(zhuan)用設備,詳細資料請見其具(ju)體使用說明書)系列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器外(wai)附(fu))調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的初(chu)級繞組(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得(de)試驗(yan)(yan)所需(xu)的高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列(lie)交直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有(you)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)(lu)中作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一短(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短(duan)(duan)接時,可獲得工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出狀態(tai);取消短(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為直流(liu)輸出狀態(tai)。

YDQ系(xi)列高壓試(shi)驗變壓器做(zuo)被(bei)試(shi)品的工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗使(shi)用接線(xian)原理圖見圖5。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的額定容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作(zuo)為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管子長(chang)度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有(you)足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻液(ye)配(pei)制方法:用蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水加(jia)入(ru)適量(liang)硫(liu)酸(suan)銅(tong)配(pei)制成(cheng)各(ge)種不同的阻值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定(ding)值時(一般取試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選(xuan)取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)(chang)準確的(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)(chang)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人員應(ying)做好(hao)分工(gong),明確相互(hu)間聯(lian)系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現場(chang)**及觀(guan)察試品狀態。

2)被試品(pin)應(ying)先(xian)清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試品(pin)和試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan),一般(ban)都(dou)應先進行空(kong)升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表計(ji),調整(zheng)球(qiu)間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太快,并必須(xu)防(fang)止突(tu)然(ran)加(jia)壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時突(tu)然(ran)合(he)閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在(zai)調壓器降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong),如發現(xian)下列不(bu)正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止試(shi)驗(yan)并查(cha)明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動很大(da);②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常的(de)聲音(yin)。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變壓器在做被試品的直流耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗時(shi)接(jie)線原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先(xian)抽(chou)出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試驗中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電容C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電容量(liang)很大時(shi),C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的(de)操作及注(zhu)意事(shi)項

1)試驗前應(ying)先檢查(cha)被試品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對(dui)外(wai)連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)的接線后,應(ying)復查無誤后才可加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設(she)備及引線與(yu)地(di)(di)、與(yu)操作人員的**距(ju)離(li),被試(shi)(shi)品的外殼是否可靠接地(di)(di),要按(an)**規程中所規定(ding)的內(nei)容(rong)進行試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于(yu)大電容量(liang)設備應緩慢升壓,防(fang)止被試品的(de)充(chong)電電流燒(shao)壞微安表。必要時應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別(bie)讀取各(ge)級電壓下微安表的(de)穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等異常現(xian)象應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本(ben)身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-350KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)及操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)外(wai)殼必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及測(ce)量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)的F端以(yi)及高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統的(de)調壓器必(bi)須調到零位后方可接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)法有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選(xuan)用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和(he)速(su)度(du)(du)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示以及被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示及被試(shi)(shi)品情況(kuang)異(yi)常,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒(miao)內勻速的(de)將調(diao)壓(ya)器返(fan)回(hui)至零位(wei),然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本(ben)產品不(bu)得超(chao)過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外(wai),決不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)全電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如發現以下(xia)不正常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停止試驗(yan)并查(cha)明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺(bai)動(dong)(或數字(zi)跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流(liu)表(biao)直線上升

被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲(sheng)音(yin)

8、圖(tu)1中第(di)9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為(wei)長(chang)期關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥一(yi)次,以檢查SF6壓力,應不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)閥門),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增(zeng)加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓(ya)實(shi)驗前后應(ying)測量(liang)被(bei)試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長期(qi)不使用時(shi),應(ying)放置(zhi)于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽(yang)光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的(de)溫度下長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不(bu)得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不(bu)得(de)擅自松(song)動(dong)。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,出熟悉(xi)本說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規(gui)程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性(xing)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-350KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電(dian)(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電(dian)(dian)壓較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試(shi)設備的(de)電容(rong)量Ct可由交(jiao)流電橋(qiao)測(ce)出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化很(hen)大(da),

可由設備(bei)的類型而定(ding)。
