二、WBYD-350KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)構,初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因(yin)而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼為(wei)圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其(qi)結(jie)構見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產(chan)的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細(xi)資料請(qing)見其具體使用(yong)說明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自(zi)偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根(gen)據電磁感應原理,在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需(xu)的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

注:高壓尾必須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接地

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額(e)定容量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流為(wei)1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)(yong)水(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具有足夠(gou)的熱(re)容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法(fa):用(yong)(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加(jia)入適量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配制(zhi)成(cheng)各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球間隙及保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球間隙整(zheng)定值時(shi)(一(yi)般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間隙放電(dian),對被試品(pin)起到保(bao)護作(zuo)用(yong)。球間隙保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的(de)(de)(de),其(qi)原(yuan)因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上必然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反(fan)映出來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容(rong)升(sheng)現(xian)象。感應耐(nai)(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏抗必然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上所(suo)施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明(ming)確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門(men)人監(jian)護現(xian)場**及觀(guan)察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以免損壞(huai)被試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大型試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般都應先進行(xing)空升試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種表計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不能(neng)太快,并(bing)必須防止(zhi)突然(ran)(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不在零(ling)(ling)位時突然(ran)(ran)合(he)閘。也不能(neng)突然(ran)(ran)切斷(duan)電源,一(yi)般應在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)(ya)時,開始(shi)計(ji)時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現下(xia)列不正常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(dong)很大;②發(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應測(ce)量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器在做被試品的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄(xie)露試驗時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽出(chu)短(duan)路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過(guo)高壓硅堆(dui)的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻還應具(ju)有足夠的容(rong)量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)(rong)量(liang)很(hen)大時,C1可省略(lve)不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

1)試驗前應先檢查(cha)被試品是否(fou)停(ting)電(dian)(dian),接(jie)地放電(dian)(dian),一切(qie)對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈(jing)。要(yao)嚴防將試驗電(dian)(dian)壓加到有(you)人工(gong)作的部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)(de)接線后,應復查無誤(wu)后才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應特別(bie)注意(yi)檢查高壓設備及引線與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)(de)外殼是(shi)否可(ke)靠接地,要(yao)按**規(gui)程(cheng)中(zhong)所規(gui)定的(de)(de)內容進(jin)行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電(dian)(dian)容量設備(bei)應(ying)(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防(fang)止被(bei)試品(pin)的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時(shi)應(ying)(ying)分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)微安表(biao)的穩(wen)定讀(du)(du)數。

4)試驗過(guo)程中,應密(mi)切監視(shi)被(bei)試品(pin)、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源后應將被(bei)試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分(fen)放電(dian)。

1、按照(zhao)您所進(jin)行的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)接好工作線路(lu)。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼以及操作系統(tong)的(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)以及測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)必(bi)(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的低壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的X端(duan),測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組的F端(duan)以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)(jie)本級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作(zuo)系(xi)統的調壓(ya)器必須調到零位后方可接(jie)通電源,合閘(zha),開始(shi)升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開始均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供選(xuan)用。電壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開始按(an)一(yi)定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的額定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya),并密切注(zhu)意測量(liang)儀表的指(zhi)示以(yi)及被(bei)試(shi)品的情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)或(huo)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong)如發現(xian)測量(liang)儀表的指(zhi)示及被(bei)試(shi)品情況(kuang)異常,應(ying)立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源,查(cha)明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速(su)的將調(diao)壓器返回(hui)至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定參(can)數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電壓通電或(huo)斷電。

7、再(zai)升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗并查(cha)明原因(yin)。

被試品(pin)內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表(biao),為長期(qi)關(guan)閉(bi)狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥一次,以(yi)(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥門(men)),低(di)于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設(she)備的(de)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放(fang)置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽光直射的(de)地方(fang)。

11、該產品(pin)不允許(xu)在高于(yu)45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓(ya)力閥(fa)、壓(ya)力表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本(ben)(ben)產品(pin)做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟(shu)悉(xi)本(ben)(ben)說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-350KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的額(e)定輸出高壓的有(you)效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電(dian)壓較低時,k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv)(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)(lv)

被試設備的電容量(liang)Ct可由交流電橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化很大,

可(ke)由設備(bei)的類型而(er)定。
