一、WBYD-300KV交直流耐壓發生器概述

二、WBYD-300KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)(shi)鐵芯(xin)結構,初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通(tong),因而增大(da)了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)(de)耦合。產品的(de)(de)外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)(shi)容(rong)器結構,能耐(nai)受(shou)0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其結構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源接入 (為本公(gong)司生(sheng)產的(de)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用設(she)備,詳細資料請見其具體(ti)使用說明書(shu))系列操作箱(臺(tai)),經操作箱內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根據電磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲(huo)得試(shi)驗所需的(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列(lie)交直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有(you)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作(zuo)半波(bo)整流(liu)(liu),以獲得直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時,可獲得工頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取(qu)消短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

工頻耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)額定容量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高壓側(ce)(ce)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側(ce)(ce)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)。常(chang)用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長(chang)度(du)可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗(cu)細應(ying)具有(you)足夠的(de)(de)熱(re)容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制(zhi)方(fang)法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成(cheng)各種(zhong)不(bu)同的(de)(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取(qu)(qu)試驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到保護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)選(xuan)取(qu)(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的(de)(de),其(qi)原因(yin)是由于試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使(shi)試品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反(fan)映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測量(liang)被(bei)試品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此(ci)常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試驗(yan)人員應做好分工,明確相(xiang)互間聯系方法。并有(you)專(zhuan)門人監護現場**及觀察(cha)試品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈(jing),并(bing)**干燥,以(yi)免損(sun)壞被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先進行空升試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時升壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓,校對各種表計(ji),調整(zheng)球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不能(neng)太(tai)快,并必須防止(zhi)突然加壓(ya)(ya)。例如(ru)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不在零位時(shi)突然合閘。也不能(neng)突然切(qie)斷電(dian)源,一般應在調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至零位時(shi)拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓升至試驗電壓時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后(hou),迅速降壓到1/3試驗電壓以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在(zai)升壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)下列(lie)不正常情況(kuang)時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內(nei)有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品的(de)直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先抽(chou)出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄(xie)露試驗中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用(yong)于60kV的試驗裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足(zu)夠的容(rong)量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距(ju)離(li)。

高(gao)壓濾波(bo)電容C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及注意事(shi)項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是(shi)否(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連(lian)線是(shi)否(fou)擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的接(jie)線(xian)后,應復查無(wu)誤后才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設備(bei)及引線(xian)與(yu)地、與(yu)操作(zuo)人員的**距離(li),被試(shi)品的外(wai)殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要按**規程中所(suo)規定(ding)的內容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓,防止被試品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時(shi)應分級(ji)加壓,分別讀(du)取各級(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓下微安(an)表的穩(wen)定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切(qie)監(jian)視被試品、試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現(xian)象應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),并(bing)查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-300KV交直流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所(suo)進(jin)行的試驗接(jie)好工作線路。試驗變壓器的外殼以(yi)及操(cao)作系統的外殼必(bi)須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。試驗變壓器高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)以(yi)及測量(liang)繞組(zu)的F端(duan)(duan)必(bi)須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的外殼必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操(cao)作系(xi)統(tong)的調壓(ya)(ya)器必須調到零位后方可接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)(ya)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓(ya)器返回至零位,然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超(chao)過額定參(can)數使(shi)用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下(xia)不正(zheng)常情況(kuang)時,應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源,停(ting)止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力閥及(ji)壓(ya)力表,為長(chang)期關閉狀態(tai)。每(mei)6個月開閥一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力后(hou)立(li)即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗(yan)前后應測量被試設(she)備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器長期不使用時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無(wu)陽光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬(ban)運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊(jin)固件及壓力閥、壓力表(biao)不得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用(yong)本產品做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉(xi)本說明書外,還必(bi)須嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國(guo)家(jia)有關(guan)標(biao)準(zhun)和操作規程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備的絕緣(yuan)配(pei)合(he),高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額定輸出高壓(ya)的(de)有效(xiao)值(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些(xie)。
