二、WBYD-300KV工頻交流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)構(gou),初級繞組繞在鐵芯上(shang),高壓(ya)繞組在外,這(zhe)種(zhong)同(tong)軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁(ci)通,因而增大(da)了繞組間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其(qi)結(jie)構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為380V)電源(yuan)接(jie)入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套(tao)專(zhuan)用設備,詳細(xi)資料請見(jian)其具(ju)體(ti)使用說明書(shu))系(xi)列(lie)操作箱(xiang)(臺),經(jing)操作箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附(fu))調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電磁(ci)感應原理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗所需的(de)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的額定容(rong)量來選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)(yong)水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具(ju)有足夠的熱容(rong)量(水阻(zu)液配制(zhi)方法(fa):用(yong)(yong)蒸餾(liu)水加入適量硫(liu)酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)(bao)護電阻:當電壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(shi)(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電,對(dui)被試(shi)品起到保(bao)(bao)護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)(bao)護電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確(que)的(de),其(qi)原因是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來(lai)(lai)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就(jiu)是所謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確(que)測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明確相互(hu)間聯系方法(fa)。并有專門人監(jian)護現場**及觀察試(shi)品(pin)狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品應(ying)先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于大型(xing)試(shi)驗,一般都應先(xian)進行(xing)空升試(shi)驗。即(ji)不(bu)接(jie)試(shi)品時(shi)升壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗電壓,校對各種(zhong)表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防(fang)止突然(ran)加壓。例(li)如調(diao)壓器(qi)不(bu)在零位(wei)時突然(ran)合閘。也(ye)不(bu)能突然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在調(diao)壓器(qi)降至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電壓升至試驗電壓時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅(xun)速(su)降壓到1/3試驗電壓以下(xia)時(shi),才能(neng)拉(la)開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現下列(lie)不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現絕(jue)緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不正常的(de)聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時接(jie)線(xian)原理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先抽(chou)出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電阻R1選擇在額定輸出電壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),輸出端短路電流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如電壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用(yong)于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電阻還應具有足夠的(de)容(rong)量(liang)和沿(yan)面放電距離(li)。

高壓濾波(bo)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)很(hen)大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操作(zuo)及注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是(shi)否停(ting)電,接地放電,一切對外連線(xian)是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗電壓(ya)加到有人工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的接線后(hou),應復查無(wu)誤后(hou)才可加壓。應特別注意檢查高(gao)壓設(she)備及引(yin)線與(yu)地、與(yu)操(cao)作人員(yuan)的**距(ju)離(li),被試(shi)品的外殼是否可靠接地,要(yao)按**規程中所規定的內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大電(dian)(dian)容量(liang)設(she)備(bei)應緩(huan)慢升壓,防止(zhi)被(bei)試品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)。必(bi)要時應分級加壓,分別讀取各(ge)級電(dian)(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的(de)穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切(qie)監(jian)視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)后(hou)應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置本身充分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBYD-300KV工頻交流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線(xian)路。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)(ke)以(yi)及操作(zuo)系統的(de)(de)外殼(ke)(ke)必(bi)須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)以(yi)及測(ce)量繞組的(de)(de)F端必(bi)須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串(chuan)級試(shi)(shi)驗時,**級、第三級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均(jun)接本級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼。**級、第三級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕緣(yuan)支架接地。

3、接通電源(yuan)前,操作系(xi)統(tong)的(de)調壓器必須調到(dao)零(ling)位后(hou)方可(ke)接通電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)法有(you):快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選用(yong)。電壓(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)式和速度(du)(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)額定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在(zai)以每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗過程中如發(fa)現測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)異常(chang),應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源,查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器(qi)返(fan)回(hui)至零(ling)位,然(ran)后切斷電(dian)源(yuan)。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定(ding)參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試驗必須外(wai),決(jue)不(bu)允(yun)許全電(dian)(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現以下(xia)不正常(chang)情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源(yuan),停止試驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因。

被試(shi)品內(nei)有(you)不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥一次(ci),以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增加(jia)(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前(qian)后應測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無(wu)陽(yang)光(guang)直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得(de)重力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及壓力(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)表不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)(ben)說明書外(wai),還必(bi)須(xu)嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的(de)絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-300KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的額定(ding)輸出(chu)高壓的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較(jiao)低時,k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試(shi)品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源(yuan)的頻(pin)率

被試(shi)設備的(de)(de)電(dian)容(rong)量(liang)Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的(de)(de)變化(hua)很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
