一、WBYD-300KV交流耐壓變壓器概(gai)述(shu)

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)是根(gen)據《試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)》標準(zhun),在油浸(jin)(jin)式試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上(shang)而設計生產(chan)的(de)(de)。SF6氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體具(ju)有良好的(de)(de)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)絕緣(yuan)性能及優異(yi)的(de)(de)滅(mie)弧性能,其耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)強(qiang)度(du)為同一壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)下氮氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)2.5倍,擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)2.5倍。在0.25MPa下與油的(de)(de)擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)相等,在0.45MPa壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)下是油的(de)(de)擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)2倍,是一種優于油的(de)(de)新(xin)一代超(chao)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)絕緣(yuan)介質材(cai)料。該產(chan)品(pin)技術(shu)要求完全符合《ZBK-41006-89》標準(zhun),它是油浸(jin)(jin)式輕(qing)型試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)換代產(chan)品(pin)。該產(chan)品(pin)具(ju)有體積小、重(zhong)量輕(qing)、不受(shou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)候變化影響、電(dian)暈小、現(xian)場搬運無需靜止可使用,使用壽命長、免(mian)維(wei)修等特點(dian)。適(shi)用于電(dian)力(li)(li)系統(tong)、工礦企業、科研部門等對各種高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)設備(bei)、電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)元件(jian)、絕緣(yuan)材(cai)料進行工頻或直流高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)下的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)強(qiang)度(du)試(shi)(shi)驗。

二、WBYD-300KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)(xin)結構,初級繞組繞在鐵芯(xin)(xin)上,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組在外,這種同軸布(bu)置(zhi)減少了(le)漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了(le)繞組間的耦合。產品的外殼為(wei)圓柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力。其結構見圖1:

三、WBYD-300KV交流耐壓變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)(xi)列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電源接入 (為本公司生產的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料(liao)請見其具體使用(yong)說(shuo)明書)系(xi)(xi)列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級繞組(zu),根(gen)據(ju)電磁(ci)感應(ying)原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)可獲(huo)得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所需的高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波(bo)整流,以(yi)獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一短(duan)(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)(duan)接(jie)時(shi),可獲得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流輸(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取消(xiao)短(duan)(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)(gan)時(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流輸(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器做被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)工頻耐壓(ya)試驗使用接線(xian)原理圖見圖5。

注:高壓尾(wei)必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)容量(liang)來(lai)選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有足夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水加(jia)入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅(tong)配制成各種不(bu)同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)及保護(hu)電阻:當電壓(ya)超(chao)過(guo)球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般取試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)放電,對(dui)被試(shi)(shi)品起到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)保護(hu)電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常準確的(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)(shi)由(you)于試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于或(huo)高(gao)于低壓(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)(shang)反映(ying)出(chu)(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),被試品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)于試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)(kang)必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被試品上(shang)(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗(yan)人員(yuan)應做好分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有(you)專門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗(yan),一般都應先(xian)進(jin)行(xing)空升試驗(yan)。即不接試品時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓(ya),校(xiao)對(dui)各(ge)種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度(du)不能太(tai)快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘。也(ye)不能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現(xian)下列不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并查(cha)明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動(dong)很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器在(zai)做被試(shi)(shi)品的直流(liu)耐壓(ya)或泄(xie)露試(shi)(shi)驗時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額(e)定輸出電(dian)壓時(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)高壓硅(gui)堆的*大整流(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的*大整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗(yan)(yan)裝置中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具有足(zu)夠的容量和沿面(mian)放(fang)電(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電(dian)容量很大(da)時(shi),C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應(ying)先檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是否(fou)停電,接(jie)地(di)放電,一切對外連(lian)線是否(fou)擦干凈。要(yao)嚴(yan)防將試(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的接線(xian)后(hou)(hou),應復(fu)查無(wu)誤后(hou)(hou)才可加壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設備及引(yin)線(xian)與地、與操作人員的**距(ju)離,被試品的外殼是否可靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容(rong)量設備應緩(huan)慢升壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安(an)表。必要(yao)時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各(ge)級電(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)微(wei)安(an)表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中,應密切(qie)(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切(qie)(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan),并查明原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后應(ying)將被(bei)試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充(chong)分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-300KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼以及操作(zuo)系統的外殼必須(xu)可(ke)靠接(jie)地。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組的X端(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以及測(ce)量(liang)繞組的F端必須(xu)可(ke)靠接(jie)地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的低(di)壓繞組的X端,測(ce)量繞組的F端以(yi)及高壓繞組的X端(高壓尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的外殼(ke)(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的外殼(ke)(ke)必須通過絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統(tong)的(de)調壓(ya)器必須調到(dao)零(ling)位后方可接通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返(fan)回至零位(wei),然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超(chao)過額定參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試驗必須外,決(jue)不允(yun)許全電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發現以(yi)下不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因(yin)。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表(biao),為長(chang)期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥一次(ci),以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥門(men)),低(di)于0.2MPa時(shi)應加(jia)SF6氣體(ti),以(yi)增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后應測(ce)量被(bei)試設備的(de)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)長期不使用時(shi),應(ying)放置于(yu)通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射(she)的地方(fang)。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得(de)重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓(ya)(ya)力閥、壓(ya)(ya)力表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,出熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴格執行國(guo)家(jia)有關標準(zhun)和(he)操(cao)作規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸(shu)變(bian)設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預(yu)防性試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-300KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額(e)定輸(shu)出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較(jiao)低時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被(bei)試品(pin)的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的(de)頻率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交(jiao)流電橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化(hua)很大,

可由設(she)備的類型(xing)而(er)定。
