二、WBYD-200KV交流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器采用(yong)單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞組繞在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組在外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞組間(jian)的(de)耦合。產(chan)品的(de)外殼為(wei)圓柱灌(guan)式(shi)容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公(gong)司生產的(de)(de)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設(she)備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其具體使用說(shuo)明書)系列操(cao)(cao)作箱(臺(tai)),經(jing)操(cao)(cao)作箱內(nei)自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)初級繞組(zu),根據電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感應原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得(de)試驗(yan)(yan)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)定容量(liang)來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管子長度可按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗細應具有足(zu)夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(水阻液配(pei)制(zhi)方(fang)法:用蒸餾水加(jia)入適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制(zhi)成(cheng)各種不同的阻值)。

球間隙及(ji)保(bao)護電阻:當電壓超過球間隙整定(ding)值時(一般取試(shi)驗電壓的110%~120%),球間隙放電,對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護作(zuo)用。球間隙保(bao)護電阻可(ke)按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確(que)的(de),其原因是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映(ying)出來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準確(que)測(ce)(ce)量被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護現(xian)場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試品應先清掃(sao)干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大(da)型試(shi)(shi)驗,一(yi)般(ban)都應先進(jin)行空(kong)升試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接(jie)試(shi)(shi)品時升壓至(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗電壓,校對各(ge)種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太(tai)快,并必須防止突然加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)器不在零(ling)位時突然合閘。也(ye)不能突然切(qie)斷電源,一(yi)般(ban)應在調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始(shi)計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開(kai)電源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下(xia)列不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指針(zhen)擺動(dong)很(hen)大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內(nei)有不(bu)正常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后(hou)應(ying)測量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器在做被(bei)試品的直流(liu)耐壓(ya)或泄(xie)露試驗(yan)時接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗(yan)應先抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄露(lu)試驗中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在(zai)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)(dui)的(de)*大(da)整流。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)(dui)的(de)*大(da)整流電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波(bo)電容(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試(shi)品(pin)的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不(bu)用(yong)。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作(zuo)及注(zhu)意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品是否停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切對(dui)外連線是否擦(ca)干(gan)凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)加到(dao)有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置的接線(xian)后,應(ying)復查無誤后才(cai)可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特(te)別注意檢查高壓設備(bei)及(ji)引線(xian)與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人員的**距離,被試(shi)(shi)品的外殼是否可(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定(ding)的內容進行試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止(zhi)被(bei)試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒(shao)壞微安表。必(bi)要時應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級電(dian)壓下微安表的(de)穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切監(jian)視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表(biao),一旦發生擊(ji)穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源后應將被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-200KV交流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的(de)(de)試驗(yan)(yan)接好工作線路。試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼以及(ji)操作系統的(de)(de)外殼必須可靠(kao)接地。試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))以及(ji)測量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)F端(duan)必須可靠(kao)接地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通(tong)過絕(jue)緣支(zhi)架(jia)接地。

3、接通電源(yuan)前(qian),操作系(xi)統(tong)的調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)必須調(diao)到零位(wei)后(hou)方可(ke)接通電源(yuan),合閘,開始(shi)升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從零(ling)開始(shi)均勻(yun)旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始(shi)按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)額定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密(mi)切(qie)注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示以及被試品(pin)的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或試驗過(guo)程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示及被試品(pin)情況異常,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器(qi)返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定(ding)參數使用(yong)。除(chu)試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發現以下不正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停(ting)止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明原因(yin)。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)(或數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被試品內(nei)有不(bu)正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖(tu)1中第9項(xiang)系(xi)壓(ya)(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力表,為長(chang)期關(guan)閉狀態(tai)。每(mei)6個月(yue)開閥(fa)一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后(hou)應測(ce)量(liang)被(bei)試設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使用時(shi),應放置于(yu)通(tong)風、干燥、無(wu)陽(yang)光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不(bu)允許(xu)在高于45℃的溫度下(xia)長期(qi)存放(fang)、使用(yong)、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及(ji)壓力閥、壓力表不得(de)擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉本說(shuo)明書外,還必(bi)須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣(yuan)配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣(qi)設備預防性試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-200KV交流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額定(ding)輸出(chu)高壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較低時(shi),k值可(ke)取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源(yuan)的頻(pin)率
