二、WBYD-200KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器采用單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結構(gou),初(chu)級繞組繞在鐵芯上,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組在外(wai),這種同軸布(bu)置減少(shao)了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞組間的耦(ou)合。產(chan)品的外(wai)殼為(wei)圓柱灌式(shi)容(rong)器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)(wei)380V)電源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)(wei)本公(gong)司(si)生產的試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資(zi)料請見(jian)其(qi)具體使用說明(ming)書)系(xi)列(lie)操(cao)(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)(cao)作箱內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞組,根據電磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞組可獲得試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)所(suo)需的高電壓(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列(lie)交直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流(liu),以(yi)獲得直流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一短(duan)路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短(duan)接(jie)時,可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態(tai);取(qu)消短(duan)路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態(tai)。

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)額(e)(e)定容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管子(zi)長(chang)度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗(cu)細應具(ju)有足夠的(de)(de)熱容量(liang)(水阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配制成(cheng)各種(zhong)不同的(de)(de)阻值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)超過球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定(ding)值(zhi)時(shi)(一般(ban)取(qu)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到保護(hu)作用。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是由于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)這個漏(lou)(lou)抗上必(bi)然存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)(lou)抗必(bi)然存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了(le)準(zhun)確測量被試(shi)品上所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操(cao)作注意事項

1)試驗人員(yuan)應做好分(fen)工,明(ming)確相互(hu)間聯系(xi)方法。并(bing)有專門(men)人監護(hu)現場**及觀察(cha)試品(pin)狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶(dai)來(lai)的誤(wu)差。

3)對于(yu)大型試驗(yan),一(yi)般都應(ying)先進行空升(sheng)(sheng)試驗(yan)。即不接試品時升(sheng)(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)太(tai)快,并必須防止突然(ran)(ran)加壓(ya)。例(li)如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在零位時(shi)突然(ran)(ran)合閘(zha)。也(ye)不(bu)能(neng)突然(ran)(ran)切斷電源,一般應(ying)在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速(su)降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才能拉開電源。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐壓試驗過(guo)程中,如發現(xian)下(xia)列不正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情(qing)況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時接線(xian)原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露(lu)試驗中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)(xuan)擇在(zai)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出端(duan)短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足(zu)夠的(de)容量(liang)和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離(li)。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一(yi)般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容量(liang)很大時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試驗前應先檢(jian)查被試品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干(gan)凈。要嚴防將試驗電壓(ya)加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤(wu)后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓(ya)設備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員的(de)**距(ju)離,被(bei)試品的(de)外殼(ke)是否(fou)可靠接地,要(yao)按(an)**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電容量設(she)備應(ying)緩(huan)慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電電流(liu)燒壞(huai)微(wei)安表。必要(yao)時應(ying)分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀取各級(ji)電壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密(mi)切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安(an)表,一(yi)旦發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常現(xian)象(xiang)應立即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應將(jiang)被試品(pin)及試驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)本(ben)身充分放電。

1、按(an)照您所進行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗接好工(gong)作線路。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以(yi)及操作系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)可靠接地。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以(yi)及測量(liang)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)前,操作(zuo)系統(tong)的調壓器必須調到零位后方可(ke)接通電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),合閘(zha),開始升壓。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)始按(an)一定的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的額(e)定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀(yi)(yi)表的指示(shi)以及(ji)被試(shi)品的情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)或試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)如發現測量儀(yi)(yi)表的指示(shi)及(ji)被試(shi)品情(qing)況異(yi)常,應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源(yuan),查明情(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后(hou),應在(zai)數秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓器返回至零(ling)位(wei),然后(hou)切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超過額定參(can)數(shu)使用。除(chu)試(shi)驗必須(xu)外,決(jue)不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再(zai)升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程中,如發現以下不正(zheng)常情況時(shi),應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗并(bing)查明原因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針擺動(或數字跳(tiao)動)很(hen)大(da)

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被試(shi)品內有不正常的(de)聲音

8、圖(tu)1中第(di)9項系壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)及(ji)壓力(li)(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)態。每6個(ge)月(yue)開閥(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測量被試設(she)備的絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不使(shi)用(yong)時,應放(fang)置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產(chan)品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固(gu)件及(ji)壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴(yan)格執行(xing)國家(jia)有關標(biao)準和操作規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的(de)絕(jue)緣配合,高壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預(yu)防性試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-200KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的額定輸出高(gao)壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高(gao)一(yi)些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋(qiao)測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由設備的(de)類型(xing)而定。
