一、WBYD-200KV交直流高壓發生器概述

二、WBYD-200KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初(chu)級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組在外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大(da)了(le)繞(rao)組間(jian)的耦(ou)合(he)。產品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接入(ru) (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳細資(zi)料請見其具(ju)體使用(yong)說(shuo)明書(shu))系列操作(zuo)(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)(ya)器外(wai)附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)可獲得(de)試驗(yan)(yan)所(suo)需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工作原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中高壓(ya)(ya)套(tao)管中裝(zhuang)有高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)(lu)中作半波整流(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)高電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)(lu)桿將高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲得(de)工頻高電壓(ya)(ya),作為交(jiao)流(liu)輸出狀態;取消短路(lu)(lu)桿時,作為直流(liu)輸出狀態。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)額(e)定容量(liang)來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻作(zuo)為限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)子(zi)長度可(ke)(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗(cu)細應具有足夠的(de)熱(re)容量(liang)(水(shui)阻液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同的(de)阻值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)(shi)品起到保護(hu)作用(yong)。球間(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的,其原(yuan)因是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)(kang)上必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的漏抗(kang)(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施加(jia)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確(que)相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免(mian)損壞被試品和試驗帶(dai)來的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行空(kong)升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表計(ji),調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速(su)度不能太快,并必須防止(zhi)突然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器不在(zai)零位時突然(ran)合閘。也不能突然(ran)切斷(duan)電源,一般(ban)應(ying)在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器降至零位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)(shi)(shi),開(kai)始計(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下(xia)時(shi)(shi)(shi),才能(neng)拉開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如發現(xian)下列不(bu)正常情況時,應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因(yin):①電壓表(biao)指針擺(bai)動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正常的(de)聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測(ce)量(liang)絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

試驗變壓器(qi)在做被試品(pin)的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露試驗時(shi)接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在(zai)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆的*大整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一(yi)般(ban)選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)電容量很(hen)大(da)時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的(de)操(cao)作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否停電(dian)(dian),接(jie)地放電(dian)(dian),一切對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓加到(dao)有(you)人工(gong)作的部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)(de)接線后,應復查(cha)無(wu)誤(wu)后才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應特(te)別注意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓設(she)備及引線與地(di)、與操作(zuo)人員的(de)(de)**距離(li),被試品(pin)的(de)(de)外殼是(shi)否可(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)(de)內容進(jin)行試驗。

3)對于(yu)大(da)電(dian)容量設備(bei)應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防(fang)止被試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安(an)表。必(bi)要時應分級(ji)加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安(an)表的(de)穩定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中(zhong),應密切(qie)監視(shi)被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表(biao),一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及試驗裝置本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-200KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所(suo)進(jin)行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗接好工作線路(lu)。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼以及操作系統的(de)(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠接地。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)以及測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗時(shi),**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)。**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)必須通(tong)過絕(jue)緣支架(jia)接(jie)地(di)。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)前(qian),操作系統(tong)的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到(dao)零位(wei)后方可接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始(shi)升壓。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻速的(de)將(jiang)調壓(ya)器返回(hui)至零位,然(ran)后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超(chao)過額(e)定參(can)數(shu)使用(yong)。除(chu)試驗必須外(wai),決不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發(fa)現以(yi)下不正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓力閥(fa)及(ji)壓力表,為長(chang)期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢查SF6壓力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即(ji)關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前后應測量(liang)被(bei)試設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)長期不使用時,應放置于(yu)通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不允許(xu)在高于45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)力閥(fa)、壓(ya)力表不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品(pin)做高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行國(guo)家(jia)有關標(biao)準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-200KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確定(ding)公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源(yuan)的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電容量Ct可(ke)由交流電橋測(ce)出。Ct的(de)變化很大,
