二、WBYD-200KV交直流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)在(zai)外,這種同軸布置(zhi)減少了(le)漏(lou)磁通,因而增大了(le)繞組(zu)間的耦合(he)。產品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。其(qi)結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)設備,詳(xiang)細(xi)資料請(qing)見其具體使用(yong)說明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級(ji)繞組(zu)(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)磁(ci)感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可(ke)獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波(bo)整流(liu),以獲得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一短(duan)路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)接時,可獲得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態;取消(xiao)短(duan)路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定容量(liang)(liang)來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)作為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),管子長(chang)度(du)可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)(zu)液(ye)配制方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水加(jia)入適(shi)量(liang)(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同(tong)的(de)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試品起(qi)到保護(hu)作用(yong)。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的(de),其(qi)原(yuan)因是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)必(bi)然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)(kang)必(bi)然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗(yan)人員應做好分工,明確(que)相互(hu)間聯(lian)系方法。并有(you)專門人監(jian)護現場**及觀(guan)察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃干(gan)(gan)凈,并**干(gan)(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和(he)試(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗,一般都應先進(jin)行空(kong)升試驗。即不接(jie)試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)速度不能太快,并(bing)必(bi)須防(fang)止(zhi)突(tu)(tu)然加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不在零位時突(tu)(tu)然合(he)閘。也不能突(tu)(tu)然切(qie)斷電源,一般應(ying)在調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至零位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計(ji)時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電壓(ya)以(yi)下時,才能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現下列不正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很大;②發現絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的(de)直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)或泄露(lu)試(shi)驗時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽(chou)出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所(suo)示。

泄露試驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)(shi)用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠(gou)的容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓(ya)濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是(shi)否(fou)停電(dian)(dian),接地(di)放電(dian)(dian),一切對(dui)外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要(yao)嚴(yan)防(fang)將試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)加到有(you)人(ren)工作的(de)部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗裝置的(de)接線后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可加(jia)壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設備及(ji)引(yin)線與地(di)(di)、與操作人(ren)員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品的(de)外殼是否(fou)可靠接地(di)(di),要按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的(de)內容(rong)進行試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容(rong)量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的(de)(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗過(guo)程中,應密切(qie)監視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現(xian)象應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

四、WBYD-200KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)接好(hao)工(gong)作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)須可靠接地。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))以及測量繞組的(de)(de)F端必(bi)須可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須(xu)通(tong)過絕(jue)緣支架接地(di)。

3、接通(tong)電源(yuan)前,操作系統(tong)的(de)調壓器(qi)必須(xu)調到零位后方可接通(tong)電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)(shi)均勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)(shi)按一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)以及被試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程中如發現測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)及被試(shi)品情(qing)況(kuang)異常(chang),應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返回(hui)至零(ling)位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品(pin)不得超(chao)過額定參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決(jue)不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如(ru)發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止試驗并查(cha)明原因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針擺動(dong)(dong)(或數(shu)字跳(tiao)動(dong)(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升(sheng)

被(bei)試品內有不正常的(de)聲音(yin)

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓力閥及壓力表(biao),為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥一次(ci),以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力后立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體(ti),以(yi)增加氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應測量被試設備的(de)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使用時(shi),應(ying)放置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射(she)的地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產(chan)品不(bu)允(yun)許在(zai)高于45℃的(de)溫(wen)度下(xia)長期存放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬(ban)運(yun)途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不(bu)得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出(chu)熟悉本說(shuo)明書外,還必須(xu)嚴(yan)格(ge)執行(xing)國家有關標準(zhun)和(he)操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備的絕(jue)緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-200KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額(e)定輸出高(gao)壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標(biao)(biao)稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)(biao)稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可(ke)取(qu)高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的變化很大,

可由設(she)備(bei)的(de)類型(xing)而定。
