一、WBYD-200KV高壓成套試驗變壓器概述

二、WBYD-200KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器采用單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)構(gou),初級繞組繞在鐵芯上,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組在外,這(zhe)種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因(yin)而(er)增大了繞組間(jian)的耦合。產(chan)品的外殼(ke)為(wei)圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBYD-200KV高壓成套試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列高壓試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)為單相變壓器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接(jie)入 (為本公司(si)生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)配(pei)套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具體使(shi)用(yong)說明書)系(xi)列操作箱(臺),經(jing)操作箱內自偶(ou)調(diao)壓器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根據電磁感(gan)應原理(li),在試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)高壓繞組可獲(huo)得試(shi)(shi)驗所(suo)需的(de)高電壓。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)工作原(yuan)理圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管(guan)中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串(chuan)接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中作半(ban)波整流(liu),以(yi)獲得(de)直流(liu)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用(yong)一短路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短接(jie)時(shi),可獲得(de)工頻(pin)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作為(wei)交流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態;取(qu)消短路桿時(shi),作為(wei)直流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額(e)(e)定容(rong)量來選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子粗(cu)細應具(ju)有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(水阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及(ji)保(bao)護電阻(zu):當(dang)電壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙整(zheng)定(ding)值(zhi)時(一般取試(shi)(shi)驗電壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙放(fang)電,對被試(shi)(shi)品起到(dao)保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)護電阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常準確的(de)(de),其原(yuan)因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容(rong)升(sheng),使(shi)試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確測(ce)(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗人員(yuan)應做好(hao)分工,明確相(xiang)互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

2)被試品應先(xian)清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大(da)型(xing)試驗,一般都(dou)應先進(jin)行空(kong)升試驗。即不(bu)接試品(pin)時升壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快(kuai),并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓。例如(ru)調(diao)(diao)壓器不在零位(wei)時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應(ying)在調(diao)(diao)壓器降(jiang)至(zhi)零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下(xia)時(shi),才能拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因(yin):①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動(dong)很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在(zai)做(zuo)被試(shi)品的直流(liu)耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗(yan)應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額(e)定輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓時,輸出(chu)(chu)端短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過(guo)高壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具有足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一般選(xuan)擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容量很(hen)大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗(yan)的(de)操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢(jian)查(cha)被試品是否停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連線是否擦干凈。要(yao)嚴防(fang)將試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)(jie)線后,應(ying)復查(cha)無誤(wu)后才(cai)可(ke)加(jia)壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注意(yi)檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設(she)備及(ji)引線與(yu)地(di)(di)、與(yu)操作人員(yuan)的(de)**距離(li),被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)外殼是(shi)否可(ke)靠接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di),要按(an)**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)內(nei)容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大電容量設備應緩(huan)慢(man)升壓,防止(zhi)被試品的充(chong)電電流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應分級(ji)加壓,分別讀取各級(ji)電壓下(xia)微(wei)安表的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗過程(cheng)中,應(ying)密切監視被試品(pin)、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異常現象應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后(hou)應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身充分(fen)放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-200KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行(xing)的試驗接(jie)好工作線路。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的外殼以(yi)及(ji)操(cao)作系統的外殼必須(xu)(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)地。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量(liang)繞(rao)組的F端必須(xu)(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,**級、第(di)三(san)級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)(de)(de)F端以及(ji)高壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外殼。**級、第(di)三(san)級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支架(jia)接地。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓(ya)器返回至(zhi)零位(wei),然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或(huo)耐壓試驗過程中,如發(fa)現以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電源,停(ting)止(zhi)試驗并查明原因(yin)。

⑴電壓表指針擺(bai)動(dong)(或數字(zi)跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正常的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中第(di)9項系(xi)壓力閥(fa)(fa)及(ji)壓力表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓力,應不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力后立(li)即關(guan)閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后(hou)應測量被試設(she)備的絕緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長(chang)期不(bu)使用時(shi),應放置于(yu)通(tong)風(feng)、干(gan)燥、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在(zai)高(gao)于45℃的溫度(du)下長期存(cun)放、使(shi)用(yong)、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不(bu)得(de)重力(li)沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓(ya)力閥(fa)、壓(ya)力表不得擅自(zi)松(song)動。

14、使用(yong)本產(chan)品做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴(yan)格(ge)執行國家有關標(biao)準和操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合(he),高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預(yu)防性試(shi)(shi)驗規(gui)程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-200KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額(e)定輸(shu)出高壓的(de)有(you)效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低(di)時(shi),k值可取高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv)(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的頻率(lv)(lv)

被試設(she)備的電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變化(hua)很大(da),

可由設備的(de)類型而(er)定。
