二、WBYD-200KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓試驗變(bian)壓器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)(jie)構(gou),初(chu)級(ji)繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓繞組(zu)在外,這種同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因(yin)而增大了繞組(zu)間的耦合(he)。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)(jie)構(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其結(jie)(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結(jie)組(zu)標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源接(jie)入 (為本公司(si)生產的試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳細(xi)資料請見其具體(ti)使用(yong)說明書(shu))系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu),根(gen)據(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)可獲(huo)得(de)試驗所需的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)工作原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套(tao)管中裝(zhuang)有(you)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回(hui)路中作半波整流(liu),以獲(huo)得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一短(duan)路桿將(jiang)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短(duan)接時(shi),可(ke)獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作為交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai);取消短(duan)路桿時(shi),作為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)(e)定(ding)容(rong)量來選擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長(chang)度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細(xi)應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的熱容(rong)量(水阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水加(jia)入適(shi)量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成(cheng)各(ge)種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準確(que)的(de)(de)(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)(ran)存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高(gao)(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反(fan)映出來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)(ran)存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測量被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有(you)專門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損(sun)壞(huai)被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試驗(yan),一般(ban)都(dou)應先(xian)進行空升試驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試品時(shi)升壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各種(zhong)表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度不(bu)(bu)能太快,并必須防止突然(ran)加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不(bu)(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時突然(ran)合(he)閘。也不(bu)(bu)能突然(ran)切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓器降至(zhi)零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電壓升至(zhi)試驗電壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降壓到1/3試驗電壓以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開電源(yuan)。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停(ting)止試驗(yan)并查(cha)明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器在(zai)做(zuo)被試品的(de)直流(liu)耐壓或(huo)泄(xie)露(lu)試驗(yan)時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所(suo)示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出(chu)端(duan)短路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓(ya)濾(lv)波電容C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應(ying)先檢(jian)查被試(shi)品是(shi)(shi)否(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連線(xian)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加(jia)到(dao)有人工作(zuo)的(de)部位上去(qu)。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的接線后,應(ying)復查無誤后才可(ke)加(jia)壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注意檢查高壓(ya)設備(bei)及(ji)引線與地(di)、與操(cao)作人員的**距離,被試品的外殼是否(fou)可(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規程中所規定的內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試(shi)品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)(wei)安表。必(bi)要時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電壓(ya)下微(wei)(wei)安表的穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程(cheng)中,應密切監視被試品、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表(biao),一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源后應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝置本身(shen)充分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-200KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照您所進(jin)行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗接好工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外殼以及操作(zuo)(zuo)系統的(de)(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠(kao)接地(di)(di)。試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器高壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾(wei))以及測(ce)量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠(kao)接地(di)(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)(duan)以(yi)及(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源前,操作系統的調壓器(qi)必(bi)須(xu)調到零位后方可接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源,合閘(zha),開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)(ling)開始均勻旋轉調壓器手輪(lun)升壓。升壓方法有(you):快(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)(su)升壓法,即20s逐(zhu)級升壓法;慢速(su)(su)(su)(su)升壓法,即60s逐(zhu)級升壓法;極慢速(su)(su)(su)(su)升壓法供選用。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓從零(ling)(ling)開始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升壓方式和速(su)(su)(su)(su)度上升到您所需的(de)(de)額定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)速(su)(su)(su)(su)度升到您所需的(de)(de)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,并(bing)密切(qie)注(zhu)意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)以及被試品(pin)的(de)(de)情況。升壓過程中(zhong)或試驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)及被試品(pin)情況異常(chang),應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻速的將(jiang)調壓器(qi)返回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額定參數(shu)使用。除試驗(yan)必須外,決不允許全電壓通(tong)電或斷電。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發現(xian)以下不正常情況時,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,停(ting)止試驗并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)及(ji)壓力(li)(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li)(li),應不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前(qian)后應測量被試設(she)備的絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器長(chang)期(qi)不使用時,應(ying)放(fang)置于(yu)通(tong)風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中(zhong)不得(de)重力(li)沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及壓(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標(biao)準(zhun)和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變(bian)設備的(de)絕(jue)緣配合(he),高(gao)壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性試驗(yan)規程》等。
