一、WBYD-200KV交流耐壓機概(gai)述

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器是根據(ju)《試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器》標準,在(zai)油(you)浸式試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的基礎上而設計生產(chan)的。SF6氣體(ti)具(ju)有(you)良好的電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕(jue)緣性(xing)能及優(you)異的滅弧性(xing)能,其耐壓(ya)(ya)強度(du)為同(tong)一(yi)壓(ya)(ya)力下氮氣的2.5倍,擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的空氣的2.5倍。在(zai)0.25MPa下與油(you)的擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)相等(deng),在(zai)0.45MPa壓(ya)(ya)力下是油(you)的擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的2倍,是一(yi)種(zhong)優(you)于(yu)油(you)的新一(yi)代超高壓(ya)(ya)絕(jue)緣介質材料。該產(chan)品技術要求完全符合《ZBK-41006-89》標準,它是油(you)浸式輕(qing)型試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的換代產(chan)品。該產(chan)品具(ju)有(you)體(ti)積(ji)小、重量(liang)輕(qing)、不受氣候變(bian)化(hua)影(ying)響、電(dian)(dian)(dian)暈小、現(xian)場搬運(yun)無需靜止可使用(yong),使用(yong)壽命長、免維修(xiu)等(deng)特點。適用(yong)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統、工(gong)礦企業、科研部門等(deng)對各種(zhong)高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣設備(bei)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣元件、絕(jue)緣材料進行工(gong)頻或直流(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)下的絕(jue)緣強度(du)試驗(yan)(yan)。

二、WBYD-200KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采(cai)用單框芯式鐵芯結(jie)(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)在外,這種同軸(zhou)布置減少了漏磁通,因(yin)而(er)增大了繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本公司生(sheng)產的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳細資料請見(jian)其具(ju)體使用(yong)說(shuo)明書)系列(lie)操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內(nei)自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞組,根據電磁感應(ying)原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的高電壓(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)工作(zuo)原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在(zai)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波(bo)整流(liu),以獲(huo)得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短(duan)路(lu)桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時(shi),可獲(huo)得工頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai);取消短(duan)路(lu)桿時(shi),作(zuo)為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

YDQ系列高壓試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器做被試(shi)(shi)品的工頻耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗使用接線原理圖見圖5。

注:高壓尾必須(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)地

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電阻(zu)(zu)R1應根(gen)據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的額(e)定容(rong)量來選擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電流為1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya))。常用水(shui)(shui)電阻(zu)(zu)作為限流電阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有(you)足夠的熱(re)容(rong)量(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法(fa):用蒸餾(liu)水(shui)(shui)加(jia)入(ru)適量硫酸銅配制成各種(zhong)不(bu)同的阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過(guo)球間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品起到(dao)保護作用(yong)。球間(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確(que)的(de)(de),其(qi)原因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器存在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)(biao)上反映(ying)出(chu)(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),也就(jiu)是所(suo)(suo)謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)降(jiang)。為了(le)準(zhun)確(que)測量被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所(suo)(suo)施(shi)加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻(zu)容分(fen)壓(ya)器來(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(見(jian)圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操(cao)作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應(ying)做好分(fen)工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)應(ying)先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免(mian)損壞被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試驗(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行空升(sheng)試驗(yan)。即不接試品時升(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計(ji),調整(zheng)球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)器不(bu)在零位時突(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然切(qie)斷(duan)電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降至零位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi),到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才(cai)能(neng)拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列(lie)不正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很(hen)大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒煙(yan);③被(bei)試品(pin)內(nei)有不正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗前后(hou)應測(ce)量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)在(zai)做被試品的直(zhi)流耐壓(ya)或泄露試驗(yan)時(shi)接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)(de)(de)*大(da)整流。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)(de)(de)*大(da)整流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有(you)足夠的(de)(de)(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選(xuan)擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量(liang)很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不(bu)用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及(ji)注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢(jian)查被試(shi)(shi)品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接(jie)地放電,一(yi)切(qie)對外連線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)擦(ca)干(gan)凈。要嚴(yan)防將試(shi)(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作的部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的接(jie)線(xian)后,應復查無誤后才可加壓。應特別注意(yi)檢查高壓設備及引線(xian)與(yu)地、與(yu)操作(zuo)人員的**距(ju)離,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內容進行試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容(rong)量設備應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀取各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的穩定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應密(mi)切監視被(bei)試品(pin)、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,并查(cha)明原(yuan)因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-200KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外殼(ke)以(yi)(yi)及(ji)操作系(xi)統的(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓尾)以(yi)(yi)及(ji)測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)(duan)必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級試驗時(shi),**級、第(di)三級試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級、第(di)三級試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼必(bi)須通過絕緣(yuan)支架(jia)接地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作(zuo)系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位(wei)后方可(ke)接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始(shi)升(sheng)壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開始(shi)(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有(you):快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開始(shi)(shi)按一(yi)定的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)到您所(suo)(suo)需的(de)(de)額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)到您所(suo)(suo)需的(de)(de)額定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切(qie)注意(yi)測量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示以及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或(huo)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品情況異(yi)常,應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,查(cha)明情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數(shu)秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位,然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),如發(fa)現以(yi)下不正(zheng)常情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一(yi)次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓力,應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力后立即(ji)關閉閥門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被試設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu),檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放(fang)置(zhi)于通風(feng)、干燥(zao)、無陽光直(zhi)射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下(xia)長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊(jin)固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表(biao)不得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本(ben)產品做高壓試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),出熟(shu)悉本(ben)說(shuo)明書外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關標準和操作(zuo)規程。可參(can)照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓輸變設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓試(shi)(shi)驗技術》;《電(dian)氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-200KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定(ding)輸出(chu)高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的(de)頻(pin)率

被試設備的(de)電容(rong)量(liang)Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很(hen)大,

可由設備的類型(xing)而(er)定。
