一、WBYD-200KV高壓試驗變壓器概述(shu)

二、WBYD-200KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞組(zu)在外(wai),這(zhe)種同(tong)軸布置減少了(le)漏(lou)磁通,因而增大(da)了(le)繞組(zu)間的耦合(he)。產(chan)品的外(wai)殼為圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式容(rong)器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

三、WBYD-200KV高壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接(jie)入 (為本公司生(sheng)產(chan)的試驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳細(xi)資料請見(jian)其具體使(shi)用說明書(shu))系(xi)列(lie)操(cao)作(zuo)箱(臺),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級(ji)繞組(zu)(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在(zai)試驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲(huo)得試驗所需(xu)的高(gao)電壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中裝(zhuang)有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串(chuan)接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲(huo)得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用一(yi)短(duan)路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短(duan)接時(shi),可獲(huo)得工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為交(jiao)流(liu)輸出(chu)狀態;取消短(duan)路(lu)桿時(shi),作(zuo)為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出(chu)狀態。

試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)未(wei)畫出(chu),其原理與上圖(tu)相同。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)做被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗使用接線(xian)原理圖見圖5。

注:高壓尾必須可靠(kao)接地

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定容量(liang)來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上(shang)時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻,管子長度(du)可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗細(xi)應(ying)具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各(ge)種不同的阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu):當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可(ke)按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然(ran)存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反(fan)映出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準(zhun)確測量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施(shi)加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操(cao)作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員(yuan)應(ying)做好(hao)分工(gong),明確相互間聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)品應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型(xing)試驗,一般都應先進行(xing)空(kong)升(sheng)試驗。即不接試品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至試驗電壓,校對各(ge)種表計(ji),調整球(qiu)間隙(xi)。

4)升(sheng)壓速度不能(neng)太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)(tu)然(ran)加壓。例(li)如調壓器不在零位(wei)時突(tu)(tu)然(ran)合(he)閘。也不能(neng)突(tu)(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在調壓器降至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)至試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如(ru)發(fa)現下列不正常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立(li)即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停止(zhi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因:①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量(liang)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試驗變壓器在做被試品的直流耐壓或泄露(lu)試驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試(shi)驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)在額定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應(ying)具(ju)有(you)足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容(rong)量很(hen)大(da)時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到(dao)有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接線(xian)后,應復(fu)查(cha)無誤后才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設(she)備及引線(xian)與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員(yuan)的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠(kao)接地,要按(an)**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容(rong)量設備應緩(huan)慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電電流燒壞(huai)微(wei)(wei)安表。必要時(shi)應分(fen)(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)(fen)別讀(du)取各級電壓(ya)下(xia)微(wei)(wei)安表的穩定讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微安(an)表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源(yuan),并查明(ming)原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后(hou)應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身(shen)充分(fen)放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBYD-200KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試驗(yan)接好工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼以及操(cao)作系統的外(wai)殼必須可靠接地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及測量(liang)繞(rao)組的F端必須可靠接地。

2、做串級試驗時,**級、第(di)三級試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)。**級、第(di)三級試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接通電源前(qian),操作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必須調(diao)到零位后方可接通電源,合閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒(miao)內勻速的(de)將調壓器返回至零位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品(pin)不得超過(guo)額(e)定參數(shu)使用。除試(shi)驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停止(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力表,為(wei)長期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即關閉閥(fa)門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前后應測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長(chang)期(qi)不(bu)使(shi)用時,應放(fang)置(zhi)于通風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中不得(de)重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及(ji)壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不(bu)得擅(shan)自松(song)動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),出熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書(shu)外(wai),還必須嚴(yan)格執行國家有關標準和操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可(ke)參(can)照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的(de)絕緣配(pei)合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性試(shi)驗規(gui)程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-200KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額定(ding)輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率(lv)
