二、WBYD-150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結構(gou),初(chu)級繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組在(zai)外,這(zhe)種同軸(zhou)布置(zhi)減少(shao)了漏磁通(tong),因而增大了繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為(wei)圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器(qi)結構(gou),能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)力。其(qi)結構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

三、WBYD-150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器為單相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯(lian)結組標(biao)號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源接入(ru) (為本公司生產的試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套專用(yong)(yong)(yong)設備,詳細資料請(qing)見(jian)其具體使用(yong)(yong)(yong)說明書)系(xi)列(lie)操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶(ou)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的初級繞組,根據電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在(zai)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試驗所需的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺(tai)YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回(hui)路中作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲得工頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)為交(jiao)流(liu)輸出狀態;取消短路桿時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出狀態。

試驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)未畫出,其(qi)原理與(yu)上圖(tu)相同。

YDQ系列高壓試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器做被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)使用接(jie)線原理(li)圖(tu)見圖(tu)5。

注:高壓尾(wei)必(bi)須可靠接地

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的額(e)定容量(liang)來選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)作為限流電(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細(xi)應具(ju)有足夠(gou)的熱容量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)液(ye)配制方(fang)法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成(cheng)各種不同的阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試品(pin)起到保(bao)護作用(yong)。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)(shi)非常準(zhun)確的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)(shi)(shi)由于試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)(huo)容升(sheng),使試品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)(huo)高(gao)(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,被試品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)(shi)所(suo)謂(wei)容升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試品(pin)上所(suo)施(shi)加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并(bing)有專門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以(yi)免損(sun)壞(huai)被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大(da)型試(shi)驗,一般都應(ying)先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya),校對各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度(du)不(bu)能太快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在零(ling)位時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)(ya)器降(jiang)至零(ling)位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓升至試(shi)驗電壓時,開(kai)始(shi)計時,到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降壓到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電壓以(yi)下(xia)時,才(cai)能(neng)拉開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過(guo)程中,如發現下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源。停止試驗并查明原因(yin):①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙(yan);③被(bei)試品內(nei)有不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器在做(zuo)被試品的(de)直流耐(nai)壓或泄(xie)露試驗(yan)(yan)時接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此試(shi)驗應(ying)先抽出短路(lu)桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出(chu)端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的容量和(he)沿面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電容C1一(yi)般(ban)選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品(pin)的電容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操(cao)作及注意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是否(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加(jia)到有人工(gong)作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的接(jie)線后,應(ying)復查無誤后才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設(she)備及引線與地(di)、與操作人員的**距(ju)離,被試(shi)品的外殼是否(fou)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定的內(nei)容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容量(liang)設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品的(de)(de)充電電流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安表。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取各級電壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的(de)(de)穩(wen)定讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),應密切(qie)(qie)監視被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切(qie)(qie)斷(duan)電源,并查明原因(yin),詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源后應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBYD-150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的試(shi)驗接好工作線(xian)路(lu)。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外殼以及操作系統的外殼必須可靠接地(di)。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾(wei))以及測量(liang)繞組的F端必須可靠接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端,測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通(tong)過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前(qian),操作系統的調壓(ya)器必須調到零位后方可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始(shi)按一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意(yi)測量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)(de)指示以及被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)(de)指示及被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查(cha)明(ming)情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然后(hou)切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本(ben)產(chan)品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外(wai),決不允(yun)許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)以(yi)下不正常情(qing)況(kuang)時(shi),應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,停止試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因。

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態。每6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后立(li)即關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加(jia)(jia)SF6氣體(ti),以增加(jia)(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后應測量被試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器長(chang)期不使用時,應放置于(yu)通風(feng)、干燥、無(wu)陽(yang)光直(zhi)射(she)的地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中(zhong)不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓試驗(yan)時,出(chu)熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必(bi)須嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變(bian)設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電(dian)壓較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可(ke)由設備的類型而定。
