二、WBYD-150KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)采(cai)用單框芯式鐵芯結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高(gao)壓繞(rao)組在外,這種(zhong)同軸布置(zhi)減少(shao)了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組間的耦合。產(chan)品的外殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

注:高壓尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)額(e)定(ding)容量來選(xuan)擇。如高壓側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓);高壓側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電流(liu)為1A以(yi)上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓)。常(chang)用水電阻(zu)作為限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu),管子(zi)長(chang)度可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細(xi)應具有足夠的(de)熱(re)容量(水阻(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球間隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護電阻:當(dang)電壓(ya)超過球間隙(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般取試驗電壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放電,對被試品起到保(bao)護作用。球間隙(xi)保(bao)護電阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya))選(xuan)取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非(fei)常準確的(de),其原因是(shi)由(you)于(yu)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)或容升,使試品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反(fan)映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,被(bei)試品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)。為了準確測(ce)量(liang)被(bei)試品上(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及(ji)觀察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)應先清(qing)掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)和試(shi)驗帶(dai)來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型(xing)試(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先進行(xing)空(kong)升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya),校(xiao)對各(ge)種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加(jia)壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在零位(wei)時突(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)。也不能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降至零位(wei)時拉閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)(shi),開(kai)始(shi)計時(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下時(shi)(shi),才(cai)能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正常(chang)情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止試驗并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動(dong)很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做被試品的直流耐壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試驗時接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示(shi)。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出端(duan)短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中,限流(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)電(dian)阻還(huan)應(ying)具有(you)足夠的(de)容量和(he)沿面放電(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試驗前(qian)應先檢查被試品是否(fou)停電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試驗電壓加到有人工作(zuo)的(de)部位上(shang)去(qu)。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線后,應復查無誤后才可加壓。應特別(bie)注意檢查高(gao)壓設備及引(yin)線與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離(li),被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)外(wai)殼是否可靠接地,要按**規程中(zhong)所(suo)規定的(de)內容進(jin)行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試(shi)品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞(huai)微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時應分級加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)微(wei)安表(biao)的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,應(ying)密切監視被(bei)試品(pin)、試驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異常現象應(ying)立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳(xiang)細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后應將被試品及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分(fen)放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBYD-150KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗接好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)以(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)外殼(ke)必須(xu)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接地(di)。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)高壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須通過(guo)絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通電(dian)源前,操作系統的調壓(ya)器(qi)必須調到零(ling)位后(hou)方可(ke)接(jie)通電(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開(kai)(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)(kai)始按(an)一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)指(zhi)示以及(ji)被試(shi)品的(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中如發(fa)現測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)指(zhi)示及(ji)被試(shi)品情況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan),查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻速(su)的將調壓器返回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過額定(ding)參數使用(yong)。除試驗(yan)必(bi)須外,決不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現以(yi)下(xia)不正(zheng)常情況時,應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因。

被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)(bi)狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立即關閉(bi)(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)長期(qi)不使(shi)用時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在高(gao)于(yu)45℃的溫度下長期存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品(pin)緊(jin)固件(jian)及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表(biao)不得(de)擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),出熟(shu)悉本(ben)說明書(shu)外(wai),還必(bi)須嚴(yan)格(ge)執行國家有(you)關標(biao)準和操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的絕緣配合(he),高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-150KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(liang)Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額定輸(shu)出高壓(ya)的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻(pin)率
