一、WBYD-150KV高壓試驗變壓器概述
YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)是(shi)根據(ju)《試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)》標準,在(zai)(zai)油(you)(you)浸式試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎上而(er)設計生產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。SF6氣(qi)體具有良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)絕(jue)緣性(xing)能(neng)(neng)及優異(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)滅弧性(xing)能(neng)(neng),其耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)強度為同一壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)下氮氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)2.5倍,擊(ji)穿電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)空氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)2.5倍。在(zai)(zai)0.25MPa下與(yu)油(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擊(ji)穿電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)相等,在(zai)(zai)0.45MPa壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)下是(shi)油(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擊(ji)穿電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)2倍,是(shi)一種(zhong)(zhong)優于(yu)油(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)一代超高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)絕(jue)緣介(jie)質(zhi)材料。該產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)技(ji)術要求完全符合(he)《ZBK-41006-89》標準,它是(shi)油(you)(you)浸式輕(qing)型試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)換代產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)。該產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)具有體積小(xiao)、重(zhong)量輕(qing)、不(bu)受(shou)氣(qi)候變(bian)化(hua)影響、電(dian)(dian)暈(yun)小(xiao)、現場搬運無需靜止可使(shi)用,使(shi)用壽命長、免維修(xiu)等特點。適用于(yu)電(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)、工(gong)礦企業(ye)、科研部門等對各種(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設備、電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)元件、絕(jue)緣材料進(jin)行(xing)工(gong)頻或直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)緣強度試驗(yan)。
二、WBYD-150KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構
YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構(gou)(gou),初級繞組繞在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓繞組在外,這種同軸布置減少了漏磁(ci)通,因(yin)而(er)增大了繞組間(jian)的耦(ou)合。產(chan)品的外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式容(rong)器(qi)結構(gou)(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其(qi)結構(gou)(gou)見圖1:
三、WBYD-150KV高壓試驗變壓器工作原理
YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備(bei),詳細資料請(qing)見其(qi)具體(ti)使用(yong)說明書)系列操作箱(xiang)(xiang)(臺),經(jing)操作箱(xiang)(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初(chu)級繞組,根據(ju)電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得(de)試(shi)驗所需的(de)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列(lie)交直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有(you)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作半波整流(liu),以獲得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一短路桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短接時,可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作為交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消短路桿時,作為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態。

注(zhu):高壓尾(wei)必(bi)須可靠接地
工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中限流電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的額定(ding)容量來選擇。如高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)輸出電流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電壓(ya));高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)輸出電流為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流電阻(zu)(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水(shui)加入適量硫(liu)酸銅配(pei)制(zhi)成(cheng)各種不同(tong)的阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值)。
球間(jian)隙(xi)及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保護作用(yong)。球間(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓)選(xuan)取。
在工(gong)(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)準(zhun)(zhun)確的(de)(de),其(qi)原因是(shi)由(you)于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是(shi)所(suo)謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)(zhun)確測量(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。
工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項(xiang)
1)試驗人員應做(zuo)好分工,明確(que)相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護現(xian)場**及觀(guan)察試品(pin)狀態。
2)被試品(pin)應先清(qing)掃(sao)干(gan)(gan)凈,并**干(gan)(gan)燥,以免損壞(huai)被試品(pin)和試驗(yan)帶來的誤差。
3)對于大型(xing)試(shi)驗,一般(ban)都應先進行空(kong)升試(shi)驗。即不接(jie)試(shi)品時(shi)升壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對各種表(biao)計,調整球間隙(xi)。
4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)(neng)太快,并必(bi)須防止突然加壓(ya)。例(li)如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不在零(ling)位時(shi)突然合閘。也不能(neng)(neng)突然切(qie)斷電(dian)源,一般(ban)應在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至(zhi)零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘。
5)當電壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開(kai)電源。
6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很(hen)大(da);②發(fa)現絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不正常的聲音(yin)。
7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。
試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器在做被試品的直流(liu)耐壓(ya)(ya)或泄露試驗(yan)時接線原(yuan)理(li)圖如圖6。
注:此試驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露(lu)試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電阻R1選擇在額定輸出電壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電流(liu)不超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的*大(da)整流(liu)。如電壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的*大(da)整流(liu)電流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電阻還應(ying)具有足夠的容量和沿面(mian)放電距離。
高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電(dian)容量很(hen)大時,C1可省(sheng)略(lve)不用。
泄露試驗的操作及注意事項
1)試(shi)驗前應(ying)先檢查被試(shi)品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連線是(shi)否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)加(jia)到有人工(gong)作的部位上去。
2)接好試驗裝置的接線后,應(ying)復查無誤后才可加壓。應(ying)特別(bie)注意(yi)檢查高壓設備(bei)及引線與地、與操(cao)作人員的**距離,被試品的外(wai)殼是否可靠接地,要(yao)按(an)**規(gui)程中(zhong)所規(gui)定的內容(rong)進行試驗。
3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya),防止被試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必要時應分(fen)(fen)級(ji)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya),分(fen)(fen)別讀(du)取各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下(xia)微安表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。
4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表(biao),一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),并查明(ming)原因,詳(xiang)細(xi)記錄。

四、WBYD-150KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項
1、按(an)照您所進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)以及操作系(xi)統的(de)外殼(ke)必須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)地。
2、做串(chuan)級(ji)試驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支架接地。
3、接通電(dian)源前,操作(zuo)系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位(wei)后方可接通電(dian)源,合閘(zha),開始升壓。
4、從(cong)零開始(shi)(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)從(cong)零開始(shi)(shi)按一定的升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額(e)定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的75%后,在以每(mei)秒2%額(e)定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya),并密(mi)切注意測量(liang)儀表的指示以及被試品(pin)(pin)的情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過程中或試驗(yan)過程中如發(fa)現(xian)測量(liang)儀表的指示及被試品(pin)(pin)情(qing)況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。
5、試驗完畢后(hou),應(ying)在數秒內勻速的(de)將調壓器返(fan)回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。
6、本(ben)產品不得超過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決(jue)不允許全電壓通電或斷電。
7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發現以下不(bu)正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因。
⑴電(dian)壓表指針擺動(或數字跳(tiao)動)很大(da)
⑵電(dian)流表直線上升
被試品(pin)內(nei)有不正常的聲音
8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓力(li)(li)閥及壓力(li)(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓力(li)(li),應不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)(li)后(hou)立即關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體(ti),以增加氣絕緣。
9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前后應(ying)測量被試(shi)設(she)備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。
10、當試驗變壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。
11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣(qi)。
12、運(yun)(yun)輸搬運(yun)(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。
13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)(li)表不得(de)擅自松動。
14、使用本產(chan)品做(zuo)高壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行國(guo)家(jia)有(you)關標準和操作規(gui)(gui)程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的絕(jue)緣配(pei)合,高壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)(gui)程》等。
五、WBYD-150KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇
標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9
式中:
Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)
Vn——試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)定輸(shu)出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)
k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值可(ke)取高一些。
Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)
ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的頻率
被試設備的電(dian)容(rong)量Ct可由交流(liu)電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化(hua)很(hen)大,
可由設備的類型(xing)而定。
