二、WBYD-100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)采用單(dan)框芯式鐵芯結構,初(chu)級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)鐵芯上(shang),高壓繞組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這種同軸布置減少了漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了繞組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其結構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接(jie)入 (為本公司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專用設備(bei),詳細資料請見其具體使用說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調(diao)節(jie)至(zhi)(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞組,根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)額定容量來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)子長(chang)度(du)可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具有足(zu)夠的(de)(de)熱(re)容量(水(shui)阻液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加(jia)入適(shi)量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不(bu)同的(de)(de)阻值)。

球間隙及保護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球間隙整定(ding)值(zhi)時(一般取(qu)試驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙放電(dian),對(dui)被(bei)試品起(qi)到保護(hu)作用(yong)。球間隙保護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容(rong)升,使試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容(rong)升現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)量被試(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好(hao)分(fen)工,明確相(xiang)互間(jian)聯系方法。并(bing)有專(zhuan)門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗(yan)帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般都應(ying)先進行(xing)空升試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓,校對各種表(biao)計,調(diao)整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速度(du)不能(neng)太快(kuai),并(bing)必須防止突(tu)然加壓。例如調(diao)壓器(qi)不在(zai)零(ling)位時突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不能(neng)突(tu)然切斷電源,一般(ban)應在(zai)調(diao)壓器(qi)降至(zhi)零(ling)位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)下(xia)列不(bu)(bu)正常情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停(ting)止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內(nei)有(you)不(bu)(bu)正常的聲(sheng)音(yin)。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前(qian)后應測(ce)量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做(zuo)被試(shi)品的(de)直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓硅堆的*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大整流電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置中(zhong),限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應具有足夠(gou)的容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般(ban)選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的(de)電(dian)容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事(shi)項

1)試驗前應先檢查被(bei)試品(pin)是否(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切(qie)對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓加(jia)到有(you)人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應復查(cha)(cha)無(wu)誤(wu)后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)(cha)高壓(ya)設備及(ji)引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼是(shi)否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規程(cheng)中所規定的內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容(rong)量設備應緩慢升壓,防(fang)止被試品的(de)充電電流燒(shao)壞微安表。必要時應分級(ji)加壓,分別讀取各級(ji)電壓下微安表的(de)穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切監視(shi)被試品、試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)、微(wei)安(an)表(biao),一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現象應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源(yuan),并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源后應(ying)將被(bei)試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身(shen)充(chong)分放電。

四、WBYD-100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所(suo)進行的試(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好(hao)工作線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的外殼以及操作系(xi)統(tong)的外殼必(bi)須(xu)可靠接(jie)(jie)地(di)。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器高(gao)壓繞組的X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾(wei))以及測(ce)量繞組的F端(duan)必(bi)須(xu)可靠接(jie)(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接通電源前,操(cao)作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必須調(diao)到零位后方(fang)可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內(nei)勻(yun)速(su)的將調壓器(qi)返回至零位,然(ran)后(hou)切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使(shi)用。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不允(yun)許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升(sheng)壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,如發現以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指針擺動(dong)(或(huo)數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)內有(you)不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前(qian)后應測量被試設(she)備的絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地(di)方。

11、該(gai)產品不允(yun)許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表(biao)不(bu)得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓試驗(yan)時,出(chu)熟悉(xi)本說明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家有關標準和(he)操作規程(cheng)。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確(que)定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較(jiao)低(di)時,k值可取高(gao)一些(xie)。
