二、WBYD-100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器采用單框芯式鐵芯結(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯上(shang),高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)在(zai)外,這種同(tong)軸布置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)間的(de)耦(ou)合。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

三、WBYD-100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)為單相變(bian)壓器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司(si)生產的試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)配套專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)設備,詳細資料請(qing)見其具體使用(yong)(yong)說(shuo)明書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調壓器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓輸(shu)出至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的初級繞組(zu),根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗所(suo)需的高(gao)電(dian)壓。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交直流高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工(gong)作原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有(you)高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作半波整流,以獲得(de)直流高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當(dang)用一短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短(duan)(duan)(duan)接時,可獲得(de)工(gong)頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作為交流輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取消(xiao)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)時,作為直流輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)硅堆未畫出(chu),其原理與上圖(tu)相同。

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器做被試品(pin)的工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗使(shi)用接線原理圖見圖5。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)中限流電(dian)阻R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓器的額定(ding)容(rong)(rong)量來選擇。如高壓側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓);高壓側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)流為1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓)。常用(yong)(yong)水電(dian)阻作為限流電(dian)阻,管子長度(du)可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考(kao)慮(lv),管子粗(cu)細(xi)應具(ju)有足夠的熱容(rong)(rong)量(水阻液配(pei)制方(fang)法:用(yong)(yong)蒸餾水加(jia)入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不同的阻值(zhi))。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過(guo)球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被試品起到(dao)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的(de),其(qi)原因是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)必(bi)(bi)然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于或高于低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂(wei)容(rong)升(sheng)現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)(bi)然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)所(suo)施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗(yan)人(ren)員應(ying)做好(hao)分工(gong),明(ming)確相互間(jian)聯(lian)系方法。并有(you)專門人(ren)監護現場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥(zao),以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶(dai)來的誤差。

3)對于大(da)型試驗(yan),一般(ban)都應先進行(xing)空升(sheng)試驗(yan)。即不接試品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不能(neng)太快,并必須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器不在零(ling)位時突(tu)然合閘。也(ye)不能(neng)突(tu)然切斷電源(yuan),一(yi)般應在調(diao)壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗電(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后(hou),迅(xun)速降(jiang)壓(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下(xia)時,才能(neng)拉開電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)下列(lie)不正常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被(bei)試品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器在做被試品的(de)直流(liu)耐壓(ya)或泄露試驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1選擇在額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端短路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超(chao)過高壓硅堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)阻還應具有(you)足夠的(de)容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓(ya)濾波電(dian)(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量很(hen)大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)前應(ying)先檢查(cha)被試(shi)(shi)品是(shi)(shi)否停(ting)電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對(dui)外連線是(shi)(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到(dao)有人(ren)工作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)接線后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別注意檢(jian)查高壓設備(bei)及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作(zuo)人員的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外殼(ke)是否可(ke)靠接地,要按**規程中(zhong)所(suo)規定的(de)內容進(jin)行試驗。

3)對(dui)于大電容量設備應緩(huan)慢升(sheng)壓,防止被試(shi)品(pin)的充電電流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時應分級(ji)加壓,分別(bie)讀(du)取各級(ji)電壓下微安(an)表的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程中,應密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現(xian)象應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源后(hou)應將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接好工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及(ji)操(cao)作系統的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地(di)。試驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的(de)X端(高壓尾)以及(ji)測量(liang)繞組的(de)F端必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)(duan)以及(ji)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級、第三級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼必(bi)須通(tong)過絕緣支(zhi)架接地(di)。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器必須(xu)調到零位后方可(ke)接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘(zha),開始升(sheng)壓。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將(jiang)調壓(ya)器(qi)返(fan)回(hui)至零(ling)位,然(ran)后切斷(duan)電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)以(yi)下不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源,停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力閥及(ji)壓(ya)力表(biao),為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前(qian)后應測量(liang)被試設備的(de)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu),檢查絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放(fang)置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫度(du)下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不(bu)得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),出熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴(yan)格(ge)執行(xing)國家(jia)有關標準和操作規(gui)程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防(fang)性試(shi)驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額定輸出高(gao)壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)較低(di)時,k值可取高(gao)一些(xie)。

Ct——被(bei)試品(pin)的電容量(pF)
