二、WBYD-50KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓試驗變壓器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高壓繞(rao)組在外,這種(zhong)同軸布置減少(shao)了漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大了繞(rao)組間的(de)耦合(he)。產品的(de)外殼為(wei)圓(yuan)柱灌(guan)式(shi)容(rong)器結構(gou),能耐(nai)受(shou)0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓力。其結構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)本公(gong)司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專(zhuan)用設備,詳細資料請(qing)見其(qi)具體使用說明書)系列(lie)操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞組(zu)(zu),根據電磁(ci)感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝(zhuang)有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作半波整流,以(yi)獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時(shi),可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作為交流輸出(chu)狀態;取消短路(lu)桿時(shi),作為直(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀態。

工頻耐壓試驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗變壓器的額(e)定容(rong)量來(lai)選擇(ze)。如高(gao)壓側(ce)額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側(ce)額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓)。常(chang)用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長(chang)度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具(ju)有(you)足(zu)夠的熱容(rong)量(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入(ru)適量硫(liu)酸銅配制(zhi)成各(ge)種不(bu)同(tong)的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護電(dian)阻(zu)(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一(yi)般(ban)取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian),對被(bei)試品(pin)起到保護作用(yong)。球間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中,低(di)(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的(de),其原因是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或容升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于或高(gao)于低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分工(gong),明確相互間聯系方法。并有(you)專門人監護現場**及(ji)觀(guan)察試品(pin)狀態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品應先(xian)清(qing)掃干凈(jing),并(bing)**干燥,以免損(sun)壞被試(shi)(shi)品和(he)試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校對(dui)(dui)各種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)速度不能(neng)(neng)太(tai)快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器不在(zai)零位(wei)時突(tu)然合(he)閘(zha)。也不能(neng)(neng)突(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器降至零位(wei)時拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速(su)降壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時,才(cai)能拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現下列不正(zheng)(zheng)常情況時,應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動(dong)很(hen)大;②發現絕(jue)緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不正(zheng)(zheng)常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前(qian)后應(ying)測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)在做被試品的直流耐壓(ya)(ya)或泄露試驗(yan)時接線(xian)原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應(ying)具有足(zu)夠(gou)的容(rong)量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗前(qian)應先檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切(qie)對外連線(xian)是否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防(fang)將(jiang)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)加到有人工作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應(ying)復(fu)查無誤后(hou)才可加(jia)壓。應(ying)特(te)別注意(yi)檢查高壓設(she)備及引(yin)線與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否(fou)可靠接(jie)地,要按**規程中所(suo)規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容量設備(bei)應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)(de)充電電流(liu)燒壞(huai)微安表。必要(yao)時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電壓(ya)下微安表的(de)(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗過(guo)程中,應(ying)密切(qie)監視(shi)被試品、試驗裝(zhuang)置、微(wei)安表(biao),一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現(xian)象應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan)后應將被(bei)試品及試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置本(ben)身充分放電。

四、WBYD-50KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按(an)照您所(suo)進行(xing)的(de)試驗接(jie)好工(gong)作線路(lu)。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)及(ji)操作系(xi)統的(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量(liang)繞(rao)組的(de)F端必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的低壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端,測量(liang)繞組的F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼(ke)必須通(tong)過(guo)絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接通電源(yuan)前,操(cao)作系統(tong)的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方可(ke)接通電源(yuan),合閘,開始(shi)升(sheng)壓。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在(zai)數秒(miao)內(nei)勻速的將調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)返回至(zhi)零位,然后(hou)切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗必須外(wai),決不允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發現以下不正常情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源,停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力閥及(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力表,為(wei)長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥一(yi)次(ci),以(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力,應(ying)(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)(ying)加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測(ce)量被試設備的(de)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不使用(yong)時,應放置于通(tong)風、干(gan)燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允(yun)許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存(cun)放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)(li)閥、壓力(li)(li)表不得擅自(zi)松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品(pin)做(zuo)高壓(ya)試驗時,出(chu)熟悉本說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-50KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確(que)定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

Pn——標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的額定(ding)輸出(chu)高(gao)壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓(ya)(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電壓(ya)(ya)較低(di)時(shi),k值可取高一些。
