一、WBYD-50KV試驗變壓器概(gai)述

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)是(shi)根據《試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)》標(biao)(biao)準,在(zai)油浸(jin)式試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)基(ji)礎上而(er)設計生產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)。SF6氣(qi)體具有良好的(de)電(dian)氣(qi)絕(jue)緣性能及優異的(de)滅(mie)弧性能,其耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)強度為同一壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)下氮氣(qi)的(de)2.5倍,擊穿(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)空氣(qi)的(de)2.5倍。在(zai)0.25MPa下與油的(de)擊穿(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)相等(deng)(deng),在(zai)0.45MPa壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)下是(shi)油的(de)擊穿(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)2倍,是(shi)一種優于(yu)油的(de)新一代超高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)絕(jue)緣介質材料。該(gai)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)技(ji)術要求完(wan)全符(fu)合《ZBK-41006-89》標(biao)(biao)準,它是(shi)油浸(jin)式輕(qing)型試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)換代產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)。該(gai)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)具有體積小、重量輕(qing)、不受氣(qi)候(hou)變(bian)化影響、電(dian)暈(yun)小、現場搬運無需靜止(zhi)可使(shi)用(yong),使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命長、免維修(xiu)等(deng)(deng)特點。適用(yong)于(yu)電(dian)力(li)系統、工礦企(qi)業、科研部門(men)等(deng)(deng)對(dui)各(ge)種高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)氣(qi)設備、電(dian)氣(qi)元件、絕(jue)緣材料進行工頻或直流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)下的(de)絕(jue)緣強度試驗(yan)(yan)。

二、WBYD-50KV試驗變壓器器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構,初級(ji)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組在(zai)外,這種(zhong)同(tong)軸布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組間的耦(ou)合。產品(pin)的外殼為(wei)圓柱灌式容器(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力。其結構見圖1:

三、WBYD-50KV試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本公司生(sheng)產的試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)設備(bei),詳細資料請見其具(ju)體使用(yong)說(shuo)明書)系列(lie)操(cao)作(zuo)箱(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞組,根據電磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所需的高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列(lie)交直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓試驗變壓器(qi)的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓套(tao)管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui),串(chuan)接在高(gao)(gao)壓回路(lu)中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)半波整流,以獲得(de)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓。當用一短(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui)短(duan)接時(shi),可獲得(de)工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓,作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為交流輸(shu)出(chu)狀態(tai)(tai);取(qu)消短(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)時(shi),作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為直(zhi)流輸(shu)出(chu)狀態(tai)(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)(guan)子長度(du)可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)(guan)子粗細應具(ju)有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配(pei)制方法(fa):用蒸餾水(shui)加(jia)入適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不同(tong)的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)及(ji)保護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)整定值時(一(yi)般取試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)保護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的(de)(de)(de)(de),其原因是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)降或容升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)操作注(zhu)意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做好分工(gong),明確(que)相互間聯系方法。并有專門(men)人監護現場**及觀(guan)察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)和(he)試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先(xian)進(jin)行空升試(shi)驗。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)太快,并必須防止突然(ran)(ran)加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調(diao)壓(ya)器不在(zai)零位時(shi)(shi)突然(ran)(ran)合閘(zha)(zha)。也不能(neng)突然(ran)(ran)切斷電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零位時(shi)(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi)(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi)(shi),才能拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發現下(xia)列不(bu)(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源。停(ting)止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)(bu)正常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試驗變壓器在(zai)做被試品的直流耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗時接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出(chu)短路(lu)桿(gan)“D”,圖6中(zhong)所(suo)示。

泄露試驗中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流不(bu)超過高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試(shi)品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗(yan)的操作(zuo)及(ji)注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否(fou)停電,接地(di)放電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦(ca)干(gan)凈(jing)。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到有人工(gong)作(zuo)的部位(wei)上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應復查(cha)(cha)無(wu)誤后(hou)才可加壓(ya)(ya)。應特(te)別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)(cha)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)設(she)備及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否(fou)可靠接(jie)地(di),要(yao)按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大電容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓,防(fang)止被試品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)(wei)安表(biao)。必(bi)要時(shi)應分(fen)(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)(fen)別讀(du)取(qu)各級(ji)電壓下微(wei)(wei)安表(biao)的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中(zhong),應(ying)密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異常現象應(ying)立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)本身(shen)充(chong)分放電。

四、WBYD-50KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗接好工作線路。試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)殼以(yi)及(ji)操作系統(tong)的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)殼必須可靠接地。試(shi)驗變壓器高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)測(ce)量(liang)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端必須可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端,測量(liang)繞(rao)組(zu)的F端以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼必(bi)須通過絕緣支(zhi)架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作(zuo)系統的調壓(ya)器(qi)必須調到零位(wei)后方可(ke)接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零(ling)開始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用(yong)。電壓(ya)從零(ling)開始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試驗電壓(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試驗電壓(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya),并(bing)密切(qie)注(zhu)意測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)以及被試品的(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過程中或試驗過程中如(ru)發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)及被試品情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)異常(chang),應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源,查明情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在(zai)數(shu)秒內勻速(su)的將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然后(hou)切斷(duan)電(dian)源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超過額(e)定參數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現以下(xia)不(bu)正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止試驗(yan)并查明原因(yin)。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或數字跳(tiao)動)很大(da)

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被試(shi)品內有不正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音(yin)

8、圖(tu)1中(zhong)第9項(xiang)系壓力閥(fa)(fa)及壓力表,為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢查(cha)(cha)SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)(cha)壓力后立即關閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣體(ti),以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實(shi)驗(yan)前后應(ying)測(ce)量(liang)被試設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓(ya)器長期不使用時(shi),應放置于通(tong)風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得(de)重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及(ji)壓力(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格(ge)執行國(guo)家有關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸變(bian)設備的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)配合(he),高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性試驗(yan)(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-50KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf,&nbsp;f——試(shi)驗電源的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備(bei)的(de)電容量Ct可由(you)交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變(bian)化很(hen)大,

可由設備(bei)的類(lei)型(xing)而定。
